We have engaged Reprodux in recent years for many of our promotional and menu needs. The manager Jason and others at the King Street location always go above and beyond with patience and consistent clear communication. Recently we had an emergency print job and Jason stayed later on a Friday night to insure it was done. Not a quality or work ethic common today. With changing times Jason has also had numerous ideas for products that could enhance our ability to communicate with guests and promote the restaurant.

Jason Miles at this Reprodux location has always taken care of everything for us. He goes above and beyond to help us meet deadlines and timelines and always finds a way. From the small orders to the large, he makes sure everything happens. We honestly don’t know what we would do without Jason and reprodux having our backs.

I had a terrible experience with Reprodux and would not recommend them for any time-sensitive projects. They agreed to complete an important job for me by a specific deadline, but they simply didn’t finish it on time. Worse, they never warned me that they wouldn’t be able to meet the deadline, leaving me with no time to find another solution. Their lack of communication and follow-through ended up costing me business.
To make matters worse, when I called to get a status update, the man I spoke with was extremely unprofessional when I reminded him that they had promised to deliver it on time. He yelled at me and then hung up when I asked him to speak calmly. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a situation that could have been avoided with clear and honest communication.
If you’re looking for a reliable printing service that values professionalism and respects their customers, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Disappointed because I wanted to print a pdf document and the guy in the store said that they just print large projects. And also excuse that he was closing, which is weird as it’s 4:20pm and in Google close time is advised at 5pm. He suggested to go to ups instead.

I had a great experience at Reprodux Downtown. Jason and his team were super responsive and gave me a competitive quote on my printing and binding needs. They were quick to fix an error that occurred at no extra charge and handled it very well.Highly recommend!

Jason and his team are fantastic, Jason is always very helpful. I’m working next door on a construction project and reprodux has been great at printing all my drawings and have been very helpful with making me temporary signage for my site. I highly recommend them!

Jason and his team are incredible! They offer quick and efficient printing solutions to all small business needs. Their prices are competitive. I've had all my printing material, such as teaching booklets, and flyers produced by them for the last 5 years and would highly recommend their services. They are conveniently located on King/Bathurst and their expertise in printing is apparent.

Jason and the Reprodux team are fantastic and go above and beyond to get me my prints on time. Submitting large format Architectural Drawings to Municipalities is a chore but reprodux provides an easy drop box to upload files, prints, folds and delivers my colour and B&W drawings with ease.
