Rexall is a clean, two-level store with a good location. The store is described as probably the Canadian equivalent to America's CVS or Walgreens, with one reviewer noting it seems to be one of the bigger ones. The first floor contains non-drug items like food, drinks, perfume, snacks, and self-checkout. The second floor holds prescription drugs, all other medications, vitamins, sunscreen, oral care, office supplies, and greeting cards. Customer service receives mixed notes, with specific praise for the pharmacy department. The pharmacy techs are polite, and the pharmacists are gorgeous, nice, and friendly. One pharmacist is highlighted as an absolute delight who provides extensive information. Another staff member is noted for being sweet, helpful, patient, and pointing out awesome deals. A cashier is also recognized as always polite and professional. However, other cashiers at ground level are described as having unhappy faces, contributing to an environment that is not a friendly. The store offers fast checkout and extra points when paid by a specific credit card, as well as a loyalty card for points. While the service and cleanliness are commended, one reviewer mentions that drug prices could be fairer.
This store is OK. What is very strange is that a tall Indian guy was walking around the store. Lots of woman carry handbags š and backpacks for a reason. I didn't like being followed as soon as I went upstairs by your Indian guy as security guard.

Nice and convenient location, but could be open later, at least until 12 AM like the location at University and Queen.

Maria is the sweetest lady ever. I never thought Iād experience such good customer service at a drug store. She was really helpful and patient and also pointed out some awesome deals that were also for charity. Would come back as customer just for her!
