Worse experience ever and their dispensing fee is higher than Shoppers. As others have mentioned here, they struggle to calculate refill dates correctly. I requested a refill through the app but never received a response, so I called them. The pharmacist argued that there were still 3 days left and refused to refill it, even though I had run out of medication. I checked the amount of pills and the calendar again (was I getting crazy? Did I forget and take more than I should?). When I asked her to recheck the dates, she threatened to hang up if I continued with my tone. She eventually hung up but called back 30 minutes later, admitting there was an issue with the app and advising against using it for refills.
On another occasion, I asked my doctor to send an updated prescription. The male Asian pharmacist called, questioning my intent for the request like I was a criminal. The doctor had prescribed two medications, but since the pharmacy already had one on file, the pharmacist assumed I was trying to get extra pills (???)
This level of stress is not worth it. Skip to the next pharmacy. Overpriced and poot service.
EDIT: already contacted cs and never got a proper answer, just ca make up…

I am not sure why all the negative reviews about this place. Store is well maintained, cashier quick and relatively friendly. All in all a good place to shop

I send in my refills with two days notice and they basically process it while I'm at the pharmacy. Usually need to wait 5 or 10 minutes.

Terrible experience. As soon as I walked in I was being followed by the staff. I get that times are tough n some people do things out of desperation but I gave no cause, I just walked in the door. I live down the street n get cosmetics n hair stuff there all the time, plus they're the only place around here that I could I find the perfume I wear(which they've been out of for weeks but they keep telling me to check back so I have walked out with no purchase and encouraged to check again soon.)eitherway it's not like they don't see me spending way too much in there fairly often. Every aisle I went to one of the staff just casually showed up n started adjusting products. One lady just stood at the end of an aisle n just stared at me.An older man with glasses and bald head is always grumpy and rude with customers and today was no different.What a horrible feeling to be treated that way.I Will say, the head of cosmetics is fantastic! She is always friendly and knowledgeable, I actually love geeking out about products with her.Anyway, thank goodness for the shoppers drug mart 2 blocks down on Sherbourne (you can't miss it). Plus you can collect optimum points from multiple different stores...much better rewards program.

The store has signs outside, inside, and hanging from the pharmacy ceiling advertising WALK IN flu shots available. As I stood in line, the speaker system was also encouraging customers to get their flu shot today! When it was my turn in line, I asked the man if I could please know the wait time for a flu shot…“Well -- do you have an appointment?” He said with extreme sass.I told him I do not but wanted to do a walk in.“No. We don’t do walk ins,” He tells me.I pointed out the sign hanging above him and said, “Oh I thought you did because it says walk ins.”He responded with a short “No.”No explanation on why they are making repetitive announcements to get your flu shot today and posting signs all over if they “don’t do walk ins”I wish I would’ve read prior reviews to know the pharmacy staff have a reputation of being beyond horrible; I would not have wasted lunch break and time coming to this location.I don’t understand how rude and angry he was for a customer (me) making a simple inquiry about a service the store ADVERTISES to offer. But apparently they don’t offer that service and all the signs and announcements are wrong??? It makes no sense so I have to assume he simply did not want to serve me for some reason or didn’t want to do his job today.Thanks, my family will no longer use this location.

The pharmacist Stella was so inappropriate and unprofessional. She needs training on customer service and maybe a calendar to keep track of the days she to refill prescriptions. Rexall in general need a better way to contact someone about issues. Taking a survey and hoping for someone to contact you is not very proactive or customer service oriented.
