***Rogers Scam*** ~ Alert - Spent 2 hours waiting to pay a bill for my Rogers' wireless home internet...and the email that was received DOES NOT coincide with the account no. that has been PAID FOR OVER 10 YEARS!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!

Their phone hold times are so long it's disgusting. No matter how much you complain it just falls on deaf ears. Rogers has lost their way with customers.
