Shameful it’s Canadian. 318 minutes waiting over 11 different calls and couldn’t get someone to answer to explain a bill on a number I don’t have!

This review relates to Fido (a Rogers brand).
I ordered a phone from Fido, cancelled the order and refused delivery. The device was returned, yet I was still billed for it. Customer service did not resolve the billing issue.

Terrible company. Extremely time consuming to reach the correct department, billing practices are sketchy.
