Azam was a big help towards my phone plan and any questions I have. He was always checking in on me despite it being busy and he always tried to give me the best deals in whatever I needed to purchase. 10/10 and if I were to come back I would be looking for him. Overall, amazing hospitality and extremely helpful.

During our time at rogers at the Sheppard and bathurst branch Azam was really helpful to my mother and was very informative and kind when speaking to her, his communications skills were very good and he made our time there very worthwhile

I had just switched to Rogers Mobility and had an issue with a phone number to port over. After hours with online tech support, I came into the store. Azam helped me and was back up and running in a matter of minutes. I really appreciate his professionalism and patience. The store is nice and clean and they have a lovely display of all the Rogers technology. Very good experience at this Rogers store.

Charles, the ASM, was incredibly helpful. I came in frustrated after my old phone stopped working, and he was patient, understanding, and attentive throughout the entire process. He provided the best service I’ve ever received from anyone at Rogers. I truly appreciate his professionalism and look forward to working with him again in the future.

You can't get into the Rogers store at the Sheppard location, the door is always closed, although the employees are inside, but no one opens. It is impossible to book a meeting at this location online, it constantly gives an error. You can't get through to their phone number, no one answers. Then the question is why this store is open. The service is zero
