Prices here seem to be more reasonable than other Roots stores, including the ones that outlet malls.
Nya’s assistance was a saviour to my confusion in shipping for a gift, giving me advice as to the female’s sizing, usual preference and what not. Her service and the relatively amazing Roots prices here, will definitely make me return to their Orfus Road store for any of my Roots products purchases.

Couple weeks ago my husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah and Beverly. It’s not the norm anymore to get helpful sales associates. Sarah and Beverly really went above and beyond by showing us items and looking for sizes for us. The consistently ensured we were okay and didn’t let us carry all the clothes we picked out. Putting aside how helpful they were, they were also extremely friendly and welcoming. Shortly after we went to another location because we needed a different size in something, and the atmosphere and associates weren’t the same… so definitely Sarah and Beverly are top notch!

An awesome Roots location! A large store with a huge selection, all the staff here are super friendly and helpful and I got some great items!

Great location with lots of selection and the staff are very attentive. Ask for Beverly, she offers excellent customer service, offers info on discounts and is super helpful in determining sizing/overall fit.

Tad disappointed in having merchandise untagged and waited 2 hours to get a price only to not be offered discount as it was the last wallet within roots!
