I got great service but selection is limited. Deals are not as much as outlet price. Store loogs great.

They do not honour sticker price of item!! ⚠️- Came in saw sweater marked down during their black Friday event. When i went to pay Staff advised wrong price- she then peeled it off almost tearing it in front of me- thus, it was mispriced for sometime- and then asked if i want to pay the regular price. Umm, No thanks!

I went there and I thought all products are discounted prices but only certain racks are on sale. Otherwise, you could pay the retail price as regular store

I just came from here and hands down experienced the best customer service I ever received at roots. Keanna and Nya were so helpful and kind. They gave my family exceptional customer service going above and beyond to accommodate us. They gave great suggestions too! Definitely would recommend shopping here as it is such a wholesome experience for you and your family! Want to thank Keanna & Nya again for all the help!

I visited roots orfus yesterday to get some new clothes, and I was amazed with how clean and well organized the store was even though it was super busy because of the sale. I was greeted by everyone and felt very welcomed. I was assisted by the manager Adriana who was very knowledgeable of the products and attentive . I usually don't like shopping for myself but Adriana was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. My overall experience was fantastic and highly recommend others shopping here .

This is not a Factory Outlet it is a retail store with a larger discounted section. However, they have one of the largest discount sections as compared to other Roots shops. I would stop by if you’re nearby or it’s on the way but I wouldn’t make a special trip out.
