Be careful of made in canada sweaters... dye doesn't always stay where it's supposed to and apparently, if you wait too long to wear and wash the sweater for the first time (1 year ish) the customer service team will swear that it's not defective. It's definitely defective, even if it sat in its bag for a year before I wore it... and yes, I know how to wash my clothing, in cold water, simple detergent, hang dry. The insinuation from the customer service email that i don't know how to wash a garment was actually insulting...

Super friendly here! All the staff were energetic and seemed like they legitimatly enjoyed working at Roots. Whilst I waited upon my female companion to arrive at the store, one of the managers invited me to sit down on one of the couches located throught the store. The hospitality rewlly made me feel at home. The selection here was great as well, and the sale items were a great deal. I look forward to returning to such a lovely store.

My wife went to the store today August 11 2019 morning. She went there to buy gifts for someone we are visiting today. There were couple of sales associates following her every moves and made her feel uncomfortable. There were other customers aswell in the store but only my wife was targeted. This should not have happened.

While not technically a home owned store and brand any longer, I still like to pop into this location and grab the occasional shirt or item from the clearance section middle back wall.
