The customer service was horrible. The lady that works there must hate her job because she was so rude and mean. It doesn’t take a lot to be kind.

My local hardware store. I’ve never left without purchasing something. What I love most, staff is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help on all levels. Recently purchased paint and supplies. John made it easy and answered all our questions. Suggested some cost efficient options as well. Love this place!

I love this store. The staff is amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. I have dealt with them countless times for small projects and parts of renovations. They have a lot of great ideas and they have more products than you would think for the size of the store. Brilliant.

Notice the pattern in reviews. Most of them say their service is terrible which is true. Especially so if you are a person of color. Avoid at all costs.

Updating review to 5 star as I previously had a not so great experience here however since then I went back to have some keys cut and Dan and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing and best of all the price was actually the cheapest by far!

The woman working is miserable, she doesn’t do her job. Hopefully she’s the owner because to be a worker and act like this is horrible. I’d rather go to Canadian tire or Home Depot even if it’s way further.
Too bad so many people great with customer service don’t have jobs and this woman takes hers for granted.

I appreciate having a local hardware store nearby, but the customer service needs improvement. I prefer to shop local whenever possible, but it’s hard to justify when the experience doesn’t match what I can get cheaper from online retailers delivering next day.
