A big thank you to Justin. I called the store for a skirt that was in low stock (system said only 2 available). Justin went over and beyond to find it, so that I wouldn't travel 50 km only to find out it's not in stock. I really appreciate it!

Terrible quality and customer service. Spent 80$ on a pullover polo sweater from the Toronto Eaton Centre location. Worn once, and the stitching in the underarm unraveled. I stitched the product myself to repair the massive defect. Contacted customer support to get an exchange or refund, who said nothing can be done since I "altered" the item. Sebastian was his name- extremely rude and condescending, and then ghosted me. I had spent several hundred $ at this store and will never spend another dime at RW&CO- overpriced garbage and they don't stand by their products. The are owned by REITMANs are the parent company which should tell you everything you need to know- total junk product.

I have been buying dress shirts white and blue ones, the fitting has always been good until last year when I noticed the shirt material got changed along with fitting. The new shirts cotton mix are itching my skin! I tried sharing my review to counter cashiers and sales but I am not sure if they even passed on the message to the concerned. That is the reason why I am writing to request the procurement / design team for men dress shirts to please look into it and reintroduce same old shirts you used to have. The material and fittings were much better. Thanks

I bought one thing from them last year. They won't unsubscribe me from their promotion emails. I hit unsubscribe, it says it will take 10 days to take effect (which is already an obscene timeframe), and I keep getting emails from them. I've unsubscribed like 5 times.

Horrible customer service from store supervisor Edwin. I purchased a bracelet for $25 using a $20 birthday coupon, paying the difference. Unfortunately, the bracelet was too large, so I returned to the store to exchange it for a $120 sweater, intending to pay the difference. However, Edwin refused the exchange, stating that the $20 coupon was invalid after the bracelet purchase. It’s disappointing that the store would not facilitate an upsell. Bad attitude from the supervisor Edwin. Never visiting this store again.

Disappointing Quality and Customer Service
I recently purchased an expensive shirt from RW & Company, and my experience has been incredibly frustrating. After wearing the shirt for just an hour, I noticed it had ripped. I went back to the store to exchange it, hoping for a resolution, but the staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite having my receipt and tags, she told me there was nothing she could do.
For a brand that charges premium prices, I was expecting a much higher level of quality and customer service. Instead, I received a product that fell apart almost immediately and was met with indifference when I sought assistance. This has left me extremely disappointed.
I cannot recommend RW & Company based on this experience. If you’re considering spending your hard-earned money here, I suggest you think twice. Save yourself the trouble and look for better options elsewhere

I went to get a suit and they asked for my email to give a 10% discount and told me I could send them a receipt up to 50 dollars. When I went to do, they refused cause they give 10% off but no one told me that. When I explained it, they said it was their co-worker mistake.
I hate when businesses like them refuse to accept their mistake and give customers hard times.

I absolutely love shopping at this location!! They always have new items, the store is kept neat and tidy and the staff are incredibly helpful. Shout out to Mira, Janice and Edwin for all your help today, you guys are awesome!
