Staff is lacking courtesy. I was 1st in line to see the teller and ended up Waiting 20mins. There were 3 counter open and none of them cares . They will place a sign counter not available after the customer leaves.
No customer service, very slow service and staff lacking courtesy.
One thing which is good about this branch is that a security guard will greet you with a smile and open the door and welcome you while entering.

Advisors didn't have anything to offer and seemed disinterested. My appointment was an hour before closing; I sensed the advisor was more interested in wrapping up their day since I was a small account for them (not so much anymore, fyi). They didn't say much anything of worth and spoke in generalities. I came here for expertise but that is lacking at this branch.

Was profiled here by someone who i think is a manager.
I deposited a cheque into my business account. She called the issuing bank and said "he doesnt look like the cheque belongs to him" scotia returned the cheque because THEY believe its fraud even after the issuing bank and person confirmed it was legitimate. All this because the teller didnt think i could make that much money.

I've been to the bank a few times before but it was only to use ATM. This time however I had to visit a teller at the bank as I had some issues with my account.
Initially after reading a few reviews I was a bit sceptical but thankfully my experience was really great. Within 5-10 mins my issue was resolved. Thank you so much Manvir for your quick and prompt service.

Was given the hardest time to replace my debit card, even though I gave every piece of information they asked for. They treated me like I was lying, it took a while until they realize I wasn’t lying and gave my debit card. Worse experience I have ever received.

Slowest service, at all times of day. All the banks in this plaza have no sense of time. It's been 15 minutes and the line has progressed by one person.

I had to book an appointment here to apply for a credit card as I couldn't do it online. The advisor I had tried to upsell creating an account in order to get annual fee waived but I questioned him since I remember the first year being free and he only realized that it was free after looking it up online. I felt it to be a bit misleading and if it was someone else who wasn't aware of this info they would have created an account per his advice.

I am very pleased with their service . I want to write a special note about Sal the assistant manager, who went above and beyond to help me with my day to day banking . Thank you Sal for being a great manager and taking care of customers.

Not the friendliest of tellers here, treated with a lot of suspicion and cross questioning which was extremely sad and not the best way to welcome new customers to the bank.

Very slow service and policies that spell incompetence. I simply went there to conduct a small foreign exchange transaction and the process took over 10 minutes because the teller had to collect personal information then wait for specific employee to receive my cash.
