I was profiled today by the old lady with Grey hair. ( she just dealt with a white gentleman all friendly and joking) ( mean face and needs to verify who i am)
Came in to grab some cash for rent.
Asked for 3,500
Then she now needed my ID
This is my first experience with this teller and she was horrible and ignorant.
All the other tellers I've dealt with are amazing and great people.
I've owned and operated my business for over 25 years.
Its not the bank just this teller..

I would like to take the time and write a positive review based on the excellent customer service I received today. Clara was kind and patient on a personal level but very professional and efficient with her tasks that made my experience and rest of my day that much better with her positive energy which I feel is quite rare in today’s world. I wish her many more years of success on the job and hope a senior manager sees this and gives her a deserving bonus of some sort because one day her great service may have a great impact on another clientele who may bring bigger business to Scotiabank.

Nagarjuna reddy gosula did not explain to my wife how a line of credit works. Convinced her that a 5% interest on the line of credit is somehow cheaper than 4% she will get from a savings account. Made her open one and borrow her entire line of credit to transfer to the SCOTIABANK SAVINGS ACCOUNT. Tbh my wife is new to canada so she doesn't fully grasp how some canadians can take full advantage of her. But this is fraud imo.

One of the worst branch. It's been more than 3 months since my brother's account is freeze and still they haven't solved the problem. Seems like they don't care about anyone. Hope they will read this and work on the problem then just procrastinating the issue.

Worst experience ever! I went to the bank to unfreeze my account. A middle-aged woman with long hair (she seemed like the manager) treated me with a rude attitude. She told me that I should find another bank for my service because they are short-staffed and my request would take longer. Excuse me? First come, first served—it’s their job to help clients with their banking needs instead of sending them away just because it might take a bit longer. I went to another branch, and it took just 10 minutes to get it done. Are you serious?

Can’t believe that I experience racial profiling to get my own money. Made a Withdrawal of $2000 and the lady asked for my id at this location yet no other location has ever asked for id and I’ve withdrawn $3800 +….and the bank teller was rude I will never go back to this location again. Almost temped to close the account and stick with my other bank.

I dealt with the guy wearing glasses named something tackerI showed him the sample letter in need in recent date and refused to do it and said we don’t make the letter here !! And I got that same letter from 10 days ago !! He was super rude And unable to help ! He lacks the professionalism
