The line up for cash on Saturday was 30 mins and the staff and manager just walking around the store and look nice!! I told the manager who walks around to have another person help in cash and she just passed!

It’s quite a small Sephora store but has what you need, I find that almost every time I go there, it’s hard to find staff that are available, you spend minutes just trying to get someone to help you. Regardless good stuff overall. Found what I needed ?

All of the associates here are very kind and welcoming, but personally Nadine is my GO TO associate here. They always help me and most importantly, LISTEN to me. They listen to my wants and what my skin needs and give me great recommendations too! Every time I go in this location, I always search for Nadine, they’re so welcoming and friendly — it feels like I’m shopping with a friend.This location has a great variety of product in store. Also not too crowded with their placement of products where it could feel overwhelming. This is by far my favourite Sephora location

so completely embarrassed and appalled by the interaction I just had with a cashier at this location. I wanted to quickly purchase my item and the cashier stops me and loudly points out that i have a lot of acne all over my face and that I should purchase some more skin care products…. I didn’t mention anything at all about looking for skin care products to her this was completely unprompted. She then asked me if i get acne often or if this is a hormonal thing. I literally didn’t know what to say and I just said “it’s fine thanks Im just going to get this” and pointed to my purchase. then she tried to get me to participate in their sale by buying more and explaining if i bought more items i could get a discount and pointed to the skincare section saying that there was skin care on sale. I was so embarrassed by this she blatantly pointed out something that most would be insecure about just to try to get me to buy more product. completely pathetic.

I come to this sephora frequently and usually have a good experience. Today I asked an associate for help and she barely even acknowledged me. I said excuse me and she didn't even look up from searching for something in the drawers. I didn't expect her to leave what she was doing as she was busy but she also wasn't about to anyways. I then saw another associate behind her, who was also busy, smiling at me. I instead asked her for help. I asked if she was busy and had a second. Although she was busy she came to assist me anyways. Her welcoming smile made me feel comfortable asking her for assistance. The cashier also had a bit of an attitude. I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. Will not be coming back to this location. I did, however, want to take time out to say thank you again to Cas. The only associate in the store today that made me feel comfortable asking her for help. Although I was busy, I returned to the store to get her name so I could write this review. Cas I hope you keep smiling! keep your smile and your welcoming presence. Cas you get 5 stars! As a former customer service associate I know the job is tough. Although customers may not always say it, it really does go a long way. Thanks Cas.

Went in for a quick purchase the other day. Got what I needed. Waiting to pay. The cashier is taking her sweet time, No sense of urgency. She talked slow, moved slow, and was rude. The store was empty with one another person in line. Additionally, oral hygiene did not exist.You are serving customers in a close proximity... body Odor and breath should be considered

I'm a loyal Sephora customer, but I've consistently encountered issues with staff attitudes and product knowledge. They can be rude and often lack information about their products. This has made me uncomfortable, especially when they recommend expensive items and make customers feel inadequate. My latest purchase based on their recommendation, a $70 face oil, resulted in a severe allergic reaction. I believe Sephora should address these concerns for a better customer experience and product safety.

It was my first time buying products at Sephora and I got the best service and knowledge for the products I needed. One of the workers, her name being Nadine, gave me recommendations, assisted in my search for these products, did a great job at making it a great first experience I'll never forget!

Cherissa, was one of the rudest people ever I seen, I understand they don’t have goody bag but she treated with rudeness however she was ready to provide those bags to other women,I can’t deal with this disrespect and racism. Disgusting!!!!!

As I’m coming to expect, the Fairview Mall location has an issue with “beauty advisors” ( I put in quotation marks because I happen to know beauty advisors at other companies and Sephora locations - Bayview Village comes to mind- who care about customer service and actually ADVISE), really not showing much interest in their jobs, but more interested in standing around talking with each other, while customers are all around them. I spent a good 30 minutes in that store today and I saw two sets of “advisors” deep in non-work related convos with each other ,with one set loudly talking about their cat and the individual showing pictures on their phone. Other “advisors”were just walking around with baskets and that’s about it. I felt ignored and I suspect other customers did, too. For the duos, there was probably a good 20 customers in their immediate vicinities, collectively, and not once did anyone bother to look around and offer assistance. If I had more time, I wouldn’t have gone to this awful location. If these “advisors” spent as much time taking care of customers as they did on their make up, it would be 5 stars. Nice to know my money is partially going towards their paycheques and I can’t even get a “hello”. I let the Cashier know at checkout and she offered an apology but a step further would be to say she’d let the Manager know. To be fair, she seemed caught off guard, as she initially asked if anyone helped me. Abysmal service - not sure where the manager was?? Again, if I had more time, I would talk to the manager, but I didn’t and I simply will go to other companies or locations that have guaranteed excellent Customer Service.

Yesterday, 31 August 2023, we went shopping to Sephora in Fairview Mall, North York, Ontario. Would like to thank NADINE for excellent service and help she provided us with Tom Ford - "Tobacco Vanilla" and Kilian Paris "Straight to Heaven" perfumes. She was very active, energetic, happy to assist, creative and super professional to get all required information. Those products were out of stock unfortunately but we left the store very happy and satisfied due to Nadine's outstanding and superb service. Andre and Lili.
