Called the store yesterday looking for a product that disappeared from inventory online. I asked the employee to “please check for the item at the fixture” because if an item isn’t online anymore, it may show out of stock when it’s still in stock in store. I was told they didn’t have it. Well, today the item is back online and it says it’s IN STOCK IN STORE. Multiples of that item even.Very poorly trained employees that can’t even bother to look for the item on the display in store.

I went into the store a couple of weeks ago looking to replace and upgrade a few of my makeup products. I was sent to Tisha to help me with my search. Although I do not know very much about makeup I felt very welcomed by Tisha who was patient with my last minute questions and scatterbrain. She led me all around the store and helped swatch products while being kindly perceptive to my answers and making tailored suggestions based on my hopes. I will definitely be back and I recommend Tisha to anyone especially if you are new to makeup and need a friend to guide you through the store!

I am a frequent customer at the Yorkdale Sephora and I have had some good and bad experiences, today I am writing a review because on Saturday I had a great experience, one of the employees who I’ve seen at the store several times was super insightful and helped me with some skin care concerns, her name is Paola and thanks to her I am now able to trust people when they suggest new products. I was treated very professional and with kindness and for that I am very thankful.

My family and I went to Yorkdale Sephora yesterday in the afternoon and got accused of stealing when we really weren't. The employee was gossiping and had had other employees stand around us whispering, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. She then came up to us and told us to give back the item while speaking to us rudely. We proved her wrong that we did not steal, and she did not apologized. Instead, she continued to talk with an attitude. Manager did not say much about the situation.I felt discriminated and targeted by her based on how we look because she was staring at us, whispering, laughing, smiling, similar to humiliating us with security. Honestly, this behaviour is disgusting, and Yorkdale Sephora needs to train their employees better.

My name is Chris Sherk and I have a invisible disability this store has a lot of abilism they don't follow AODA Accessibility for Ontarins with Disabilities Act law and asked me to leave when I was enforceing my rights as a disabled person what is a human rights violation complaint under reprisal. No person can be punished or threatened punishment for enforcement of they right under the human rights code.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. It's really a hit or miss but this location sucks. I've been here so many times out of convenience and my shopping experience has been awful. I've been harassed like 9/10 times, followed, employees want to argue with me, items out of stock, no testers, etc etc if you want to shop without the hassle, I really suggest another sephora.

I stopped buying cosmetics at Shoppers Drug Mart. With Sephora you can test products plus they are not stingy with samples. For my birthday Sephora gave me two sample gifts to choose from. As a result I tried the mascara and voila I am now going back to purchase a full size.

Julia was amazing and professional. I was not sure what product I should get, she was willing to help me and I am satisfied with products she recommended. She really enjoyed helping customers and loves make up.

Got the wrong shade of foundation and they won’t let me exchange it if I didn’t pay a price difference. Apparently the price went up without my knowledge and I had to pay $7 difference to exchange the same product but a different shade. Like im still within the exchange period according THEIR policy so why should I pay more money when it’s not my fault that the price went up. And the manager at Yorkdale was so rude and unwilling to figure out a middle ground. I worked in retail before and I have never received such a lazy and ignorant response ever!

Lots of variety at this location! Definitely one of the larger Sephora locations that I have been to, and thusly is very busy and can be overwhelming to navigate. Thankfully there are multiple employees on standby to assist with your relevant needs, and they all seem pretty competent and knowledgeable - and when they aren't, they always take the initiative to connect you with someone who does.Because of the size of the store and just how many products there are, lines do run long, but I would say visiting is always worth the trip! Be sure to sign up for Beauty Insider Rewards if you have not already, it definitely helps with specific purchases.

When it comes to mascara, Sephora Yorkdale never disappoints! The staff helped me find my holy grail mascara, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It's my favorite beauty essential, and I can always count on Sephora's selection to have the best options. Their expertise and variety make it a mascara lover's dream come true!

My review is based on the beauty service I had booked at Sephora Yorkdale* I booked a Full Face (60 minutes) makeup appointment (it was my wedding day!) and my makeup artist was Joanna D. I wanted a natural/pink look and she did such an amazing job! I absolutely loved how everything looked. She was super kind and made sure I was 100% happy during the duration of the appointment. The makeup lasted the entire day (even after all the tears!) and I received so many compliments!This was my first time booking a beauty service at Sephora and I cannot recommend it enough, especially if you are on a tight budget. In my experience, it was completely worth it and Joanna was beyond great. If I can book with her again, I 100% definitely would! Thank you, Joanna!

I always have exceptional service,but I went Sat.and the girl assisting me was very rude,I reported her to the Manager which was very understanding and she said she would remprimande her,other than that ,I'm always there.
