what’s with the rude employees? especially the bigger short brunette woman. when i approach a service worker to ask them a question i always say “hi, how are you” first. but apparently that’s wrong to this employee, she fully looked me up and down and ignored me, waiting for me to ask my question. i walked out and went to shoppers to buy my lash glue, terrible attitude to have. pick a different career path if that’s your attitude, coming from an aesthetic nurse and certified medical aesthetician. i applied to work at sephora multiple times after graduating esti school for them to reject me and hire people like this, who not only lack customer service skills but beauty industry and product knowledge.

I am writing to express my disappointment with an incident that occurred at your store today, December 24th, around 6:30 PM. According to Google, your store hours indicated that you were open until 8 PM. Based on this information, I made the effort to visit your store, only to find it closed at 6 PM.
When I tried to speak to one of the staff members, Jasmin, about the confusion, she responded by yelling at me. I found this behavior highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I simply wanted clarity on why the information online was incorrect. Instead, I was met with hostility, which is unacceptable for a brand like Sephora, known for its customer service standards.
I am disappointed not only by this experience but also by the lack of updated information regarding your store hours, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. I hope Sephora takes this matter seriously and ensures that staff are trained to handle such situations respectfully.
I look forward to your response and the steps you will take to address this issue.

Niloo provided exceptional service for me! It’s always wonderful when a staff member goes above and beyond to help customers, especially in a busy environment. Taking the time to leave positive feedback with Sephora could really highlight her efforts to her managers. It’s employees like Niloo who make shopping experiences enjoyable and memorable!

I went here to shop with my mother, the staff is very friendly and out going they assist you with all the help you need. They don’t mind helping you at all. This store is great and well organized. I got help from Pinar who helped my mother with what she was looking for with the utmost patience. Definitely coming here again.

By far the best Sephora location in Toronto. It’s not super busy unlike Yorkdale, it’s well stocked, it’s very clean… and my favourite thing is the perfume section is well stocked! I’ve visited multiple locations in the past month and this one hands down is the best one and will be my go to from now on :)

If you want a Sephora with stock and friendly, helpful staff then there’s really nowhere else you need to visit. I prefer in-person shopping and this location has everything I need every time!
