Love hate relationship with this place. It's like being a kid in a candy store on the one hand but also plenty of stuff that I'm not a fan of: habitually rude/officious/ageist/unknowledgeable/upsetting staff, stocking openly anti-semitic brands and never feeling very welcome. Nor saying I'll never go in there again, but....I always think twice.

Its okay. Busy location of course. Service is okay. I asked one person to help me look for a perfume and they started then just went to help someone else and walked away from me but another employee helped me out. Also, some employees won't let you take perfumes to the counter and some will? I don't know if they thought I was going to steal but ok.

This is one massive store! So much variety but also very busy. The customer reps are very acknowledgeable and courteous. The line ups was long even on a weekday afternoon.They have the best perfume selection I have come across at any Sephora store. perfume oils as well. Will definitely go back - maybe in the morning when it’s less busy

Another horrible experience at this store!My second and last time visit..people, please don’t go to this location until they make changes in management.This time again, I saw no one helping me, rather 100s employees chitchatting, of using their phones..I even spoke with the manger this time, a young veiled lady, I complained about 15min and all she said : OK!No wonder why the team there working like that…Please don’t buy from this store until someone sees the terrible customer experience they provide, and decide to make changes..

Am a courier biker. Just yesterday. Picked up a few items for a customer. Didn't know where to start and didn't ever know where the products would be. But fortunately and luckily. One of the friendly staff members helped me get all the items the customer requested. It was super busy in there ? Would have been in there walking in circles if it wasn't for the staff ready to assist me ☺️But. A very great place to get all your cosmetic needs. Very professional and oriented ??? It's located at the top floor level of the Eaton Centre. As soon as you walk in there, the staff is ready to make you a friendly greeting as to say welcome. Anyhow.Got everything for the customer and safely delivered the package for her just in the nick of time. Wasn't late or anything like that. The customer got her stuff and assumed that she liked everything that she anticipated ☺️??

The store was cleaned and bright. The staffs there are awesome. It’s my first time here and Shivani was very helpful. She answered all my questions and made me felt welcomed. Would definitely come back again. Overall great experienced.

I called today to the store to received an information about my same day delivery order. Niah or Mia ( I couldn’t understand her as she was screaming) was extremely rude and not helpful. She was not even listening to my question and just responding to call their delivery company when the product has not even leave the store. She really needs to be more respectful and improve her communication skill because if you are truly a store manager you are leaving the brand looking very bad.Hope your day gets better because definitely today you had a problem.

I went in looking to replace my foundation, concealer, and primer. I wanted to buy new lipstick too. I had to find someone to help me and when I did, she was not very enthusiastic. I nearly had to beg her to help me find a concealer and foundation. She also took me to the check out counter before I was finished. I asked her about primer and she said they had some but that was it. She rang up the foundation but not the concealer. I had to tell her I wanted that too. I was ready to buy several products but the salesperson didn't seem to care!

I haven't had good experiences in the past at this Sephora location, but today, I decided to walk in and ask for help to get the right shade of concealer to cover my acne and scars.ALICIA C. was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, kind, and patient, I felt that she really cared about what I was looking for and didn't rush to educate me on different products.I walked out with the concealer I was looking for in the right shade, and with a beautiful blush that she recommended.I am very thankful for this customer service experience! Big shout-out to Alicia C.

Anna B was the sweetest, most detail-orientated and competent makeup artist I have ever encountered. I've never before done my lashes and she executed them so perfectly in the niche style that I desired. I 1000% recommend booking her. Sephora give this queen a raise holy mackerel

I went to the store today with my partner. The associate at the perfume counter was helping us pick a perfume, but during the process, she made a racist comment. I found it extremely rude and demeaning. The comment was about "Indians" applying too much perfume. It was highly inappropriate at the moment and left me in a state of shock. No customer should go through a racist experience like this and everyone should be treated with respect.

Horrible customer service skills. I am reading the other reviews and see that I’m not the only person made uncomfortable by the same employee (black woman with hijab, do not know her name). She yelled at an employee and told her to stop helping me get a colour match for a foundation because there are people in line and that there are other people who needed to be helped before me. It was so rude and condescending the way she spoke to her co worker and the way she addressed me as though I was not there and then continued to give me dirty looks as she walked through the store. WORST Sephora employee. To that poor girl that helped me I’m so sorry you’re treated so poorly by co workers/possible management.

Just went there yesterday, I rarely go to Eaton, but I was in downtown so I gave it a shot. Not so impressive of how the cashier was treating me, the sales associate was so super helpful to me though. But what really annoyed me was the cashier, she gave me a side-eyed attitude and was not even accommodating at all, she asked me questions like my account details, who was helping me in a very rude tone. I was really annoyed, Sephora literally does not know how to train their employees, there are even no feedback system for the staffs, they always act like customers are the one begging for the products? I have been shopping with Sephora forever since I came to Canada but mainly online because I know people always complain about Sephora's staff attitude but honestly, I went to few stores myself like Yorkdale, Vaughan Mills, but they are extremely nice, not like the cashier cashing me out yesterday. She does not even say thank you at the end. I understand Eaton Centre is crazily packed, they must deal with all kind of people but this is not how you should treat customers if you are working in C/S industry. Retrain your staffs please I did not go to Sephora to buy a 200+ worth of a perfume bottle to be treated like that when I can go to Holt Renfrew, Shoppers, etc. Know your customers and create some value to them

Great collection with exceptional customer service. All the staff are really helpful and will suggest product which suits your skin and other needs. Have walked into ma y Sephora stores but here they have staff which gives you best service possible. We were helped by Yatika, she has great skills and understanding of prod and can cater according to your needs. Aishling at cash counter helped us with on going offers and we received a goodie bag.
