Very unique store, a staple in Toronto. Very candid staff, always an interesting conversation. Came in to get some Rick shoes they have on sale, helped me find my size and had a fun conversation during it. Would recommend not for the faint of heart and love the google review comments ?

Really surprised by the buying recently. The stock here is feels like attempt to shift avant garde streetwear into y2k trends and lost any semblance of authenticity in the process.Lacking representation from a lot of the cutting edge designers in this space, imo. Feels like a time warp to 2012. There's a handful of interesting pieces, but I think they've lost the plot.If you still think geobaskets are cool, this is your shop!Edit for owner: maybe instead whining to me in reply about how your stock isn’t moving, and insulting your clientele online, you should consider what the “Toronto masses” might be interested in buying ✌️

Had an awesome experience shopping here. Really sick place with a great selection of items. Staff was nothing but down to earth, really kind and encouraging. Seriously cool place. Will definitely be back. Seriously no idea where the negative reviews come from. Just disregard them and go check this place out.

These guys are douchebags. Completely unprofessional - don’t understand how to converse with customers except through condescension. The clothes are not worth interacting with the owners. Shop online instead.

If you know fashion and have style, this is the only place to shop in Toronto!What I really love is the knowledge the owner has about the product. I don’t get that experience when I walk into holts or any boutique on bloor. That staff is just there to get a size and cash you out. The owner at Serpentine can tell you brand history, talk fabric, trends, he’s ahead of the game in every single way. It’s just a better experience here

World class experience today at Serpentine. Stephen is the best. Store is a haven for Rick Owens, Julius, MA+ and anything else you can dream of. No nonsense shop thats going to treat you like an adult. Love it and wish other retailers would adapt the same philosophy. Definitely coming back.
