Avoid this car wash at all costs! The car wash is extremely problematic, if you want to keep your car clean please avoid this place! Also they do not know what customer service is, blaming the customer that they were wrong. I will never go back to Shell again thanks to this singular gas station !

Bad customer service. They do not allow customer to use the washroom. The shopper named handa is very rude.

Be aware that shell canada sells flex wash cards and expires them whether there is money left or not. The expiry date is not on the card so you may lose up to the entire value.

It's a really bad car wash. It doesn't clean your car properly, even if you've purchased an ultimate car wash which is 20$. I have the smallest specks of dirt on my car and it still doesn't get rid of it. I realized it's just a waste of money, and there are WAY better car washes that are way more efficient for a cheaper price! Don't waste your hard earned money on this wash.

If you're looking to remove dry rain, everyday dirt from your vehicle, this is a great option. The most expensive choice doesn't quite do the job you pay for so stick to the basic wash and save your money.
