Shockingly bad car wash, very slow and left my car still visibly dirty.
I get not being perfect but this is wild considering it’s the “Ultimate” wash too.

The car wash here is one of the worst I’ve seen in Toronto! The touchless car wash barely cleaned my car. And to think I went for the most expensive option.
Edit: I reached out to Shell and the manager of this Shell location provided a free wash. Unfortunately, that too didn’t clean the car well, so the helpful cashier offered another wash, and that seemed to do the trick. Increased my rating from 1/5 to 4/5 for the customer service. I’d come here again, but for the coin car wash and not the touchless.

This is not a real car wash station. It doesnt clean properly instead it gives my car a few scratches.

New owners are not keeping up with previous owners level of maintenance. DiY car cleaning is not working well across the board. Touchless carwash doesn't work very well either.

This shell station has terrible service. In the shell application, it shows that it is open for Car Wash. I go there and while I am waiting at the entrance of the wash, the shell app appears closed. This happened 3 times, you're stealing my time and my gas to get there. I do not have such a problem in other shell stations and they all have a standard time that they open and close or are open 24 hours a day. However, this store is most likely because it has a shell car wash and its own coin car wash! I will report you to Shell. I will tell everyone around me to give bad ratings because you think you are cunning and people are stupid.
