Simply put, the plants are overpriced, there aren't enough good options for planters and pots, the staff is overworked and crabby, and there are better nurseries elsewhere.

Stopped in to see if I could find ornamental grass to match what I already had in my garden. I asked for help and after a few minutes, was greeted by Liz who clearly had something better to do than speak to me. I tried to show her a photo I took and she complained she couldn’t see the photo because it was too sunny. We moved to a shadier area and it still wasn’t good enough. I tried to ask her a question about the varieties of ornamental grasses and she managed a few words about what it probably was. We found it and I asked her how much it was as it wasn’t marked and her response was, “I don’t know.”
Great location for overpriced gardening products, but for what they charge, they should hire people who can hold a conversation.

The staff were so kind on the phone. I went in to discuss the issue with my plant. They spent some time with me helping me diagnose the issue with my plant. They made some suggestions and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable

They have great new parking across the street now at 1 Strathgowan Ave. 1st floor of the underground is all owned by Sheridan! A definite game changer. Usto avoid the store during may but not anymore traffic was nothing like it usto be because of the parking.

Nice store. Rudest customer base on earth. I live in the area, and this business makes it impossible to drive or park outside my own home. Horns honking and shouting every day. Cars double parked or parked away from the curb in the middle of a narrow street.

Always good quality products, knowledgeable and friendly staff, this is a top notch garden center in midtown. Was Mother's goto for helpful advice. Now I come here too.

Terrible delivery service and worse plant quality / warranty - buy your trees elsewhere!Had 7 cedars over 6tf delivered last year. Delivery did not come on the scheduled date and plants were dumped on the driveway. Soil and dirt tracks from the street to the property with no clean up.Despite watering, 4 of the trees died within the year. The store is now asking to bring dead 6ft high trees physically back to the store. This might work great for those driving a UHaul around all day, but the rest of us non-UHaul drivers?

It should be zero stars! Horrible experience don’t even know where to start… online order shipped to wrong location (no apology), order tracked by paper instead of a computer (waited 20 mins while they searched for the order - no apology again), cashier and support staff very nice, but management rude and not thankful for the business. I could go on and on but I would run out of space!
