Love this location. Daniel in cosmetics more than helpful and will spend time to find your product and make suggestions. Pharmacy group really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Cashiers are really efficient. Post office guys are my fav! Even the guys doing stock refill are helpful and will go to the back room to search for something. All in all, human resources know how to pick people!

Items constantly mislabelled as the wrong price, very slow pharmacy, everything is unbelievably expensive, no staff to be found. Completely disappointing.

Daniel at Shoppers Beauty is absolutely the best! His warmth and friendliness made my shopping experience top notch. Not only did he quickly address all of my questions, but his extensive knowledge of cosmetics was impressive. He navigated the hustle and bustle of the store with ease and made sure that every customer felt his heart was in the right place. The level of service he provides is truly outstanding. I will definitely come back again!

In mid-August, I was in this area and was parked in a parking lot under this Shoppers Drug Mart. After spending time eating and shopping in this neighbourhood, before I left, I dropped by this drugstore to check it out. There was a panhandler sitting in front of this store. I never have change on me, so I never can help that person out.This SDM has two floors. Naturally, I saw stairs and walked up them. I then realized that it has an escalator going up and an elevator. I could have saved some energy. Ugh!The main floor has beauty products, refreshments, the checkout area, and more. I was more interested in getting snack items for a work potluck the following day, which was why I almost immediately headed upstairs. The second floor does have a decent grocery section. You can get fresh produce and drinks. There are frozen foods, including boxed meat, seafood, and pizza. You can also find a good selection of cheese and dairy products. Coffee, tea, cookies, and ice cream are all on this floor. Maybe it was a good thing that I walked upstairs, so I could walk off what I was about to indulge in!I found some nachos that would be perfect for the hummus that I was bringing to this potluck. I grabbed a bag.It took a while for me to leave the second floor. I loved everything from the Squishmallows and vitamins section, to the travel items and pop varieties.I paid for my items downstairs. I ended up doing the self-checkout kiosk. I scanned everything, including my PC Optimum card. I then paid with my debit card. Done!It was nice to visit this SDM. I have only been to two SDM stores with two floors in my life. There are pros and cons, but this one was great.(386)

My girlfriend visited this store during her lunch break today to purchase perfume. Unfortunately, she had a disappointing encounter with the sales representative in the cosmetics department, named Soniya. Soniya's behavior left much to be desired as she was impolite, failed to greet my girlfriend, and made her repeat her questions three times before reluctantly providing answers. This unpleasant tone left my girlfriend upset and completely soured her day. It's crucial for Soniya to learn to treat all customers with the same respect.Later, when my girlfriend returned with her friend to return the perfume, she noticed that Soniya was exceptionally friendly to other customers, which further baffled her. Soniya didn't even acknowledge my girlfriend and instead moved on to assist another customer, leaving the refund process to another sales representative. Soniya should reflect on her behavior as it undoubtedly ruined my girlfriend's experience, and she's vowed never to return to this store.On the flip side, when my girlfriend and her friend did the return, a different sales representative, who happened to be white, was extremely courteous and pleasant. Soniya should take notes from her colleague and refrain from judging or showing any negative attitude towards customers, especially when there's no apparent reason to do so. It's essential to remember that if one chooses to work in sales, they must treat everyone equally and professionally.Ultimately, my girlfriend found a much more positive experience at Sephora, where she encountered a friendly and pleasant salesperson. Soniya should consider undergoing training and addressing any personal issues that may be affecting her interactions with people from diverse backgrounds.

This shop used to be good but during Covid they reduced the staff and now after covid still the same, reduced staff. So if you need, there is no one to help you around and the prices on the shelves and when punching on the machine are not the same for many products.

It was my first time at this particular shoppers location. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Sonia from the beauty department. She was so friendly and kind. She not only helped find what I was looking for, but even went above and beyond with her customer service. This was the best customer service I have received at any shoppers location. Thank you sonia and I will surely be returning!

I used to really appreciate this location, it’s large, well stocked, and the pharmacy up until a few months ago was reasonably reliable with minimal wait times in and around the 15 minute mark.However for about six months now every time I go to fill a prescription I am told to return in 30 minutes - 1 hour. About half of the time when I do return I have to wait a further 20 or so minutes because they have been inaccurate in their time estimates, or infuriatingly have forgotten to fill my prescription.Tonight was the last straw, as I was told to return in one hour. Knowing they usually need more time I returned an hour and 40 minutes later, ten minute to close. The person working at the pharmacy looked shocked to see me, and said they hadn’t bothered to fill my prescription as they assumed I wouldn’t be back that day. This was after I clearly communicated I would be, as this medication is one that must be taken every night and I was out.I’ll be finding a different location to send my prescriptions to from now on, and recommend anyone needing pharmacy services choose a different location, clearly there has been a change in the formerly reliable services at this one.

I used to believe citizens, businesses and institutional leaders could be relied on to promote and protect public health and safety. Especially a drug store. On Apr.28,2023 I was in the Shoppers on St.Clair, just West of Bathurst. I saw a woman with a dog in the store. I mentioned this to the clerk behind the cash register and she said "How do I know it is not a service dog? They may have a card in their back pocket."During the pandemic too many people bullied rational, considerate people into silence regarding public health and safety; and too many politicians, journalists and businesses enabled and stood beside reactionary science deniers. This particular Shoppers Drug Mart is one I will now associate with the reaction that shook my faith in our society's ability to act in an informed, rational manner.

This is the worst website I have ever seen. It tricks you into buying what you don't want. I tried to order when there would be 20,000 bonus points. When I wanted to check out, I wasn't given the points and the chat feature wouldn't tell me why, so I exited without placing the order. I tried a few days later (only 10,000 bonus points this time). My cart was empty at the beginning, but when I ordered and tried to check out, Shoppers then added everything I had tried to buy the first time (though it hadn't shown up in my cart). The total was $900+. Deleting all the duplicates and unwanted items was not straightforward, so the whole process took quite a while. This is trickery and also sleazy marketing, and I am disgusted!

Absolutely deranged pharmacy staff. I walked in to a senior citizen looking for help finding something because the staff wouldn't help her because of a language barrier. That's understandable, but I happen to speak the language and as she was explaining what she was looking for to me I could also hear the staff making fun of her. I ignored it and proceeded to approach them to ask on her behalf and they turned me away saying they don't understand. I said, "well I do and she's looking for [such and such]" and again they said they can't help because of language differences (what? I am literally translating?).I ended up helping her by rifling around the aisles myself but imagine working in a pharmacy and all three of the team on shift doesn't have even an ounce of human decency or compassion.

I had a great experience in this store. The Shoppers staff were really kind and helpful with my gift card purchase.And the post office upstairs was brilliant too - incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff.The store was massive and really tidy!

It shouldn't take over 30 minutes for the Pharmacy to answer the phone. It takes one second to answer and put a person on hold, but no one ever does. It rings, I get the automatic one moment please, and back to hold music I go. This is absolutely unexceptable. Think it's time for me to move my prescriptions.
