Pharmacy team does not do their job. Rude and aren not there to help you. They constantly say "we are working" on getting prescription ready. After 3 phone calls within 24 hrs and eventually going there and showing my face, still to wait, I eventually got my prescription. Replace them ALL.

After waiting for 15 min to talk with pharmacy today over phoneI asked a question if i can come in for flu shotHe said and i qoute “NOT NOW”Very professional and there was no indication of time till i askedI hope that call was monitored or that you will begin to monitor and record conversationsYou are losing alot of business and customers that your company worked so hard to market and advertise!You have failed miserably in the mystery shopper experience i would give it a 0 if i canMy husband was there in past and he got his shot at 7:30Its 7 nowSuch an unpleasant and unprofessional answerNot sure if they actually want to work

all the workers think if you wear black jeans and black top with no hood small side bag your a suspect and we need 3 people including security to stare you down. as someone who works in customer service good job!

came to buy a singular water bottle, grabbing the bottle and going to self checkout. getting stared by 4 people including security. its crazy if you dont trust someone using a self checkout dont have it?♂️

I'll never shop here again. I'd rather go two kilometers out of my way to get my meds from another place. Their customer service is terrible. It's obvious they have too much money.

Pharmacy is terrible. Had a prescription sent on Saturday and it’s Wednesday and no one has reached out to me 5 days later. Ridiculous

Worst store ever!!! All the things in the store are misplaced and the store is dirty.The staff is rude and especially the Manager Michelle. She has zero respect for customers and have zero leadership skills.Suggestion: Change the manager to improve the store.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy team never answer the calls, keep putting me on hold or transferring my calls. Stop avoiding customers that are in need, learn to do your job and pick up the call. Horrible horrible service.

As soon as my daughter and wife went in the store the security started following them. Then my daughter asked about a certain product and a store worker did not explain sufficiently and took the product to a cashier. This is not how to treat people. My family are not thieves. Perhaps next time they will confront somebody else.

The PHARMACY is a redundant feature there. The staff are incompetent and I wonder if they are even qualified to be pharmacists! Made an appointment, arrived on time, wasted 45mins of my life waiting when there was no line. The pharmacist who attended to me asked if I was unwell. Duh ! Didn’t even ask what my symptoms were and he hurriedly told me to just get meds from over the counter. No apologies made for the inexcusable waiting time. This pharmacy is a failure.

The loss prevention man is so sketchy, has zero discernment and makes customers uncomfortable.Avoid shopping at the cosmetics/personal care section because the ladies/loss prevention will stare at you lol. Just purchase from Amazon.I love shopping here but the customer service makes it unbearable

I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years. The pharmacist and staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Reading some reviews on this site I find to be unreasonable based on my experience. Of course you can’t return a pharmacy item with your name taped to the box … they can’t use it again to sell to another. There are prescriptions ahead of yours so no you can’t always get instant prescription filled just because you choose to stand there and wait. I have received great advice through the years and they call me regularly to review my prescriptions on file. Thanks to the pharmacy team and a special shout out to Isabelle in cosmetics for her amazing knowledge and customer service.

Owners attitude is terrible. He was standing 15 ft from me on his computer and interferes while i was talking to a pharmacist and was rude when i told them i waited more than 30 mins for the prescription. Then he said he is busy n i will get it in 5 mins or SO… i visit this store usually and have seen same attitude from the owner generally.

Very inefficient staff...this lady did not check to see if I had medical insurance and she just billed me. When I asked her if she had considered my insurance, she said the price I was billed was AFTER insurance. Only when I insisted that they check my card, did they actually bill me correctly taking into account my insurance. Really wasnt happy with their service
