My partner and I first met Miguel at his store Silver 4 U, when it was located on Bloor St East in Toronto, about 24 years ago. At that time, we had passed his store numerous times, and were admired at the jewelry in his window. We made se real visits to his shop, and with each visit, we knew we were building a good relationship both business and friendship. In 1994, we were celebrating our 10th Anniversary, and went to Miguel for ideas on matching rings. He created a design that was breathtaking and fit the occasion perfectly. In 2004, we got married, and again went to Miguel to design our rings. We had an idea of what we wanted, and his typical “ trust me, you will like it” comment, we left him to it. The rings he created with white gold, sapphires and diamonds, were beyond what we expected, and truly were a masterpiece and one of a kind. His knowledge of his craft, his laid back and friendly demeanour is probably why today we are more than just good customers, we are “family”. Miguel at Silver For You is a master craftsman from the 'old school' in gold, silver, precious gemstones, and unique original designs. I always admired other peoples' lovely jewelry for many years, and went to him with a recent project, a custom ring for myself. I had basic ideas, but he listened carefully, smiled, and then said quietly, "Trust me." and I did, and I am so glad I did.
