I have been using Simon's for the past year or so, they are so nice with me and know me when I walk in, not once did I feel unwelcome. They have been there for me and are very helpful. I highly recommend Simon's they are a trustworthy buisness who have been around for a very long time. I don't deal with any other pawn shop except Simon's.Thanks to the staff....Manoula Soumahoro

Terrible place to deal with.Pawn staff are disgusting. Treat people poorly.It seems the couple running managing the loan department are not very nice and do not appreciate the business they receive.It was my first time using the loans department.I did a short term pawn my Fender Stratocaster.When I picked it up. All kinds of extra charges and then demanded 5$ to use debit.Owner sits in his back office and refuses to deal with problems.I will never buy anything from this place.Not a pleasant placeI've purchased items there previously and was treated nicely sadly I was treated so badly by the loans department . I refuse to purchase any more jewelry from this place.Jewelry counter sales staff are always nice.Sadly the owner and manager are trashy ....You ain't missing anything at this dump

I went to the store and was interested in buying an item. I asked to try it on and was told “she’d rather not” unless I could confirm I would buy it. I said it was rather difficult to say without trying it on and was given a lot of attitude. I left as were in a competitive city with lots of other kinder jewellery stores. Simons are very good and efficient people with good rates and excellent customer service. I have pawned my bangles and could take those back after a month with repayment of loans. They are very professional and caring of the customers I will recommend anyone need any emergency assistance from them. Thank you.

I tried to inform them of some stolen items from a break and enter from my home and they hung up on me.Unbelievable lack of service or concern for another human being!

zero stars, if I could, this place is trash. I called to check if my friend's stolen ring had shown up, and wasn't 30 secs in to the call before I was hung up on... trash humans work here.

Would not recommend this business. Went into the store to look at antiques and was yelled at by the cashier for picking up a metal pot to look at engravings on the bottom. Horrible, horrible customer service. If I could give no stars, I definitely would.
