It is insane the number of people leaving reviews based off of an unfortunate experience with the online store and not the brick and mortar location.
Let me start off by saying, these negative reviews are a waste of your time and don’t waste your time believing them. I ordered shoes online and they arrived, just one size too big (my bad). I called the store to see if they had the size I needed in stock. A person answered on the first ring and success! They did have them in stock, she took down my information and held the last pair for me. I went to the store the following day and there the shoes were beside the cash with my name on them. This was a seamless transaction and let me say the staff were very friendly. The entire time I was in the store I saw the staff greeting every customer. My only issue would be that the online store refunds your bank account in 3-5 business days and you have to make a repurchase in store. But hey, that’s what happens when everyone uses Shopify now. Staff were nice and knowledgeable. I will be going back!

Wow, I've never seen that before. All the sellers, without exception, are behind the cash register laughing with their friends whom they have brought behind the counter.
At Size, they don't say hello to you, even if you stare at the salespeople to greet them.
Not much choice, not enough sizes, no information, no politeness, nothing.
If the goal is to run the store, you are on the right track!

No welcome, no hello, no goodbye, the sellers chat and laugh among themselves without advising customers, it's deplorable. I prefer to buy my shoes in a friendlier and more welcoming place
