I purchased shoes online, a day later they were $25 cheaper. SoftMoc refused to provide a refund for the difference.SoftMoc then refused to send a prepaid return shipping label as they knew it would cost me $20 to return the order to them for a refund.On their Shipping box it says "Free Returns" see picture attached
