Recently I contacted Karen, the owner and she could not possibly have been kinder. She went above and beyond to look after what I wanted to purchase. AMAZING I live in the area and was looking for a gift for my friend in Italy who loves cats. I stopped by the store and saw the rug, loved it, and the price was great. I bought the rug, and when I got to my friend's house in Italy, she had a black cat on it. It matched perfectly.
