Charged $8.45 to copy files from a CD to a USB. A $6 for the saving and a $2 “1hr service fee” for something that took 5 minutes. Absolutely predatory practices now that TPL computers are unavailable.

My company has been a customer of Staples for years and in the last few years (even prior to Covid), the quality, customer service and the availability of products has gone seriously down hill. We've remained loyal customers but not you can no longer reach them by phone and trying to get any assistance via email is virtually impossible. I'm afraid they've now lost our business.

Visited here yesterday in urgent need of a usb c to a adapter, and a sales associate was promptly available to help me find what I needed. Picked up a couple other items, and cashier was very kind. Please keep brick and mortar office supplies stores like this one around!

This place is just looking to make money off people. They wanted to charge an additional 21$ to save passport pictures on a USB drive (just for saving, if you don’t bring your own drive you gotta buy one in addition to the 21$). They denied my request to send photos by email.

I got a sample document printed for a menu design. I wanted to give this location 5 stars only because of Tom! But I didn’t because his co-worker (I think was the supervisor, a lady) wasn’t helpful when I asked for service the first time. She wasn’t rude to me but she was helping 3 people at the same time (I don’t think she had to), so I felt very rushed. I paid a service fee of $3.00 but it hardly felt worth it.Tom on the other hand, was patient and VERY knowledgeable! He gave me a walk through of what print instructions I should use and why. His tone of voice was humble and friendly!

I went to scan and prints some documents.They don’t know what they’re doing. To scan a document they made me buy a usb device they couldn’t send my document by email. And they charge me $8 for 1 document in black and white. They scanned it 3 times because it was not coming straight and my printed documents are not in the center of the paper sheet…

Sad that the new location is up the street on Richmond. I'm used to getting off the streetcar and crossing the street then when I'm done, hopping back on the streetcar. I know it's not that far but as someone who uses a walker those sidewalks were not clear of snow and ice. I side is a much smaller space than the old store. Fresh and modern looking now. I ordered online and just had to go to the cash to pick it up. Friendly staff.

The store was really nice and accessable.The staff were a little more to my distaste.They do not know how to treat the disabled or how to serve them.I was left waiting for more than 20 minutes several times in the store. To a person in a wheelchair this is very stressful as they have psws waiting for them and they need to use catheters which they need to be at home for.Not all disabled people can use a washroom or wait long times as they must eat at certain times and take medication at specific times etc.These store people were very disrespectful of my needs and I don't recommend the store untill they are trained on human rights.

I expect I'll use this place more. Had a quick in and out to print a sheet of paper and was asked to use the self-service. The staff at the line were quite slow, but the store itself is well equipped.

This is a one stop shop for all printing, scanning, faxing and buying tech equipment needs. They also have a good cafe inside to help you refuel.

Service, compassion and support! Usually I prefer smaller retailers - but the other day Staples staff exceeded expectations. My dog has recently been stolen and they helped me locate the items I needed in the store for flyers and then discounted my purchase because of the circumstances. Thank you Staples folx! WAY above and beyond.
