I purchased from Steve Madden online, the item was shipped with FedEx (Canada Post was on strike). They did not require signature and my package was stolen. They won't reship and is taking 3 freaking weeks to give me a refund, that's 2 weeks after Christmas. Don't buy from them. Who takes 3 weeks to issue a refund? Who ships expensive products and still don't require signature? I put my buzzer number on my address and the FedEx delivery person didn't bother to buzz in. And who doesn't send a text or email to let customers know the package was delivered. I found out 4 days after it was delivered, by then some vagrant stole it. I am very dissatisfied with this entire process. Steve Madden sure make it easy for thieves to steal you packages. I'm very upset.

We spent time and effort purchasing this brand, and after using it for just three hours, it was as if the shoes had been worn for 30 years. It's absolutely shameful. What a waste of time not only for buying but even for returning these shoes.

The Store Manager Amber was outstanding. She assisted me a previous pair of shoes that was too big, but did not want to waste it. I asked her about a recycle plan if the company has, unfortunately there was none. Her service was exceptional when assisting me. So now I have bought 2 pairs of boots. I will introduce friends to shop there and reference Amber. Now I understand why she is the Store Manager. The company should be extremely proud to have an invaluable asset like her. Thank you Amber. Hope to see you move up higher in the company cause you deserve it.

This is my favourite store. Staff are very friendly and professional. Darya is an amazing and extremely devoted to help customers. She is a great representative of excellence customer care. I only shop here because of the great welcome and polite attitude from her. I am thankful for such wonderful service.

The employees at this store location had an unbelievably insane attitude!They did not ask if I needed help or not for the whole time I was in the store. Yet, they would change their voices and serve right away to another white male who came after.I felt disrespected by the employees and will never come back to this store.

My sister she buy a shoe and it's hurting big time they can't return it back because something about policy and stuff but this is not a good talking with the customers and I hope no one buy nothing from this store even the store manager she is not friendly
