I had a disappointing experience at Suzy in Fairview Mall due to an associate, presumably name statering with letter "B" because she has a letter B necklace. She has a larger build.She consistently displayed rude and mean behavior towards customers. Despite having a damaged item and a prestige card that should offer a 10% discount, she acted as if she was personally giving away money. This disrespectful behavior has left a lasting negative impression, and I have no intention of returning to the store because of her attitude.

Very disappointing experience with the Suzy of Fairview Mall. This afternoon, Sunday Dec 17,2023, while I was shopping around for Christmas with my little son, one of the sales girl who looked too exhausted and angry with rearranging shelves and hanging back clothes , yelled at my kid who was looking and touching the accessories, and then addressed me by saying: " Mam can stop your kid from tangling the accessories"! I was totally shocked and insulted and felt too bad for my son who is very well aware of his rights, but seemed like that sales girl did not know Any Thing about Canadian Culture, Well-known Kindness, Customer Care, and Did Not Respect Customers and Kids as we are raised to do in Canada!Truthfully, it was the first time I encountered this behavior at a store from a sales staff at the customer. That's totally disappointing because my kid was only touching them and asking if I liked them! How Unkind, Disrespectfule, Accusive, and Rude! I asked her why are you accusing him of tangling them while he is only touching and showing them to me, and she continued accusing him which left my little boy in shock! She did not stop arguing! I was confused and I did not believe myself in Canada ? It was no longer the Suzy of Canada! The sales girl looked like countries near Bangladesh,and if I knew her name, I would have posted it here, so that this Brand does not lose reputation because of Untrained, uneducated, Hating sales staff who hate their jobs and do not feel responsible to look after customers! Then I asked another sales girl in front of the fitting rooms to call the store managerSuch a Horrible, First Most Disappointing Experience with an Aggressive, Loud Store Manager! The store manager with a frown on face approached me and I was completely speechless at how disrespectful she was to me in her behaviour. Oit of my shock, she admitted that she sales staff was right by getting my kid away from the accessories!!!!! She even refused to give her name to me, and when I asked "Shouldn't you apologize for the Misbehaviour of your staff who hurt my feeling and my son's?, she reluctantly rolled eyes and said: Iffff you Are Hurt, I apologize, but the staff didn't do any thing wrong! .....Wowwww...It was interesting to notice that the store manager looked very much like the sales girl, sounded pretty similar accented in English to the same sales girl who argued with my kid andI, and she found it normal to yell at customers' kids!!!! Honestly and disappointedly, the store did no longer look like any typical stores in Canada where customers are respected and children receive love, care and beautiful, happy faces! It did not feel the same customer-cared Suzy store of Canada! I'm not going there anymore and my little son never forgets this store because of the Wrong Behaviour of the Staff supported by the Uncaring, Unfriendly, Rude Store Manager of Fairview Mall who was more willing to attack me and my kid rather than apologizing! Deeply saddened, hurt and frustrated.

Shivan was very patient and calm with me when I was confused with return policy!Store was crowded, but the way she was trying to manage the people and helping other employees was admirable!

Today, I became very upset with the Suzy staff in Fairview mall. One of them told me that today they have 50% off on sweeters and because of that I bought 2, but after the payment, I realized that the discount was not 50% as she said but it was 30%. Because of that, I wanted to return one of them when suprisingly the cashier was angry at me and she told me that I had to check the signs instead of listening to the staff which did not make sense at all. She was very rude and throw my return item away angrily which was really embarassing. I did not have such a shameful experience ever before.

My biggest issue with Suzy is their return policy - they only allow exchanges or store credit - they do not allow return of original payment. At the time of purchase, the store associate mentioned a 14 day return period (which is in and of itself problematic because all other stores offer a 30 day return period), but she did not mention that I’d be unable to get my money back. All of this makes for a very disappointing shopping experience.

I often shop there, bought pretty dresses and tops many times. However, like other stores, when you check online, the colors are bright and different, and all looks pretty, but when you go to a store, you change your mind. Everything goes on sale several times a year. Suzyshier's problem is that you can't return the items, and you can just get store credit! However, if you purchase online, you can return the items both online and in store, but that's not for all the items. Also, all the staff in Fairview mall location are nice except one!!

Always have a great time shopping at this branch. Especially this time around was attended to by a really kind and sweet attendant whose name was Niharika. 5-stars not just for the clothes but overall experience.

I believe her name is Adriana. She was amazing. Really really amazing. She shopped with me, she helped me with my clothes choice and she alwayyssss checked in on me and how i was doing in the change room. a really life changing moment with her. Adriana thank you so much. you have really made my night!

I have jus had an awful customer service experience at this location… this employee said her name is Adriana, she also said she is the manager (after she had already offered me if I wanted to speak with one)The whole situation could have been resolved by saying: “when using PayPal method, the physical store has not means to issue a refund SO the return needs to be requested online, the order needs to be mailed and then I will get the refund” THATS IT! THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A VERY SHORT CONVERSATION. I found this out online in one minute, after I left the store.So now, the story/context:I walked in the store, no one acknowledged me, this employee was not wearing a name tag, I was waiting by the cashier desk for few minutes when another customer ready to cash out yells at this employee (that she said to be the manager)She goes straight to cash out this person that came after me, I kept waiting, I didn’t say a thing.She proceeds to grab my package and rudely asks me the returning information they need. No greetings, no smiles, nothing, which is odd at the Canadian retails stores. Fine.She procedes to tell me that, because I paid with PayPal, there is no refund option for me and so my options where gift cards or store credit…I explained I needed the money back… so she repeated the same options, I repeated I needed the money and how could we find out a way of doing this, to this she YELLED “I am just gonna give you your stuff back since I have explained your options and you don’t want any”After some more back and forward she THREW me my items like they had NO VALUE, I asked for a bag, she yells (again) I don’t have a bag, I said: “I can’t take my clothes like that” so she YELLS again to the other employee to bring her a “GARBAGE BAG” from the back (attached pictures of what I took back home)She kept repeating the words “GARBAGE BAG”, as if she had some sort of complex and wanted me to feel embarrassedShe keeps yelling: “bring GARBAGE BAG from the back”, “here is the GARBAGE BAG”, take it, that’s her stuff and you can put it in the “GARBAGE BAG”.She showed like the brand Suzy Sheir has no value, she gave me the impression that she can get away with this treatment, she has no respect for the brand.She is the the face of this store location and she is the most unhappy, rude, arrogant, person I have ever met. She was not well informed of the services of the store, she straight forward sounds ignorant. I do not align with the values that this brand represents…

Shopping experience was successful. I and my mother went in Suzy in hopes to find clothing for our vacation. I was a bit confused with what I needed , I received wonderful help by Jessica she was able to find items in the requested style and more .She was very helpful and kind even offered my elderly mother a chair to sit while I tried on some stuff in the change room I thought that was very well pleasant of her . She provided really great assistance for me and my mother checking for sizes and items at a different location well appreciated great customer service .

The associate who seems to have been working there for a long time needs more training than the ones recently hired! Very disresprectful, even mocking the customers which is definitely unacceptable!Will never go in if she's there!!

I dropped by Suzy today with my toddler daughter and mom just casually looking around. I wanted to try something on in their changing room and the sales representative whose name was Niharika was so attentive, helpful and kind. She noticed that my daughter was with me so she offered to give me the bigger room to take her in with me. She was so polite and sweet! She was so helpful but also gave me space to look around. No matter how many times I asked her to check a size in the back of the store for me, she was always happy to do so. Great customer service! Absolutely sweetheart!
