I had an excellent shopping experience on Saturday, October 28th, 2023.I forgot to ask the sales associate for her name but thank God I looked at my receipt later. I was served by, Tina, and she was attentive, professional and very pleasant.I was trying to buy a flower pendant as a birthday gift for my sister and I couldn't decide between the two pink pendants. They were both beautiful but very different from each other.Tina asked the right questions and gave me great suggestions.When I was finally ready to purchase the necklace, Tina mentioned that under my file, I had a discount coupon that was emailed to me back in September for my birthday.I don't check my emails very often and I was completely surprised and happy to know I was able to get a discount on my sister's birthday gift.My sister loves the necklace!Thank you, Tina for your wonderful customer service.

Went in the store yesterday and had an awful experience. I've been wanting to purchase a watch from Swarovski so I decided to try it on in store first. There were two sales associates in store that day - one with long dark brown/black hair and another with a medium length blond hair - and both gave the most unfriendly, unwelcoming and unhelpful customer service experience ever.Overall, unpleasant experience. Loved the watch but definitely not purchasing it from this location and would never come to this location again. Swarovski should consider telling the associates to show a basic pretence of manners or politeness to customers - even if it's feigned.What happened:When asked to see the watch, the associate with long dark hair flippantly pointed to a where it was and just turned and left. Did not ask if I wanted to try it on. I had to try several times to get her attention and she seemed to sigh with exasperation when she came over again. I asked to try on the watch and she asked her colleague, the blond associate to come over. The blond associate was taking the watch off the display and couldn't so she called back the dark haired associate. My friend and I were standing on the side waiting to see the watch while they took it off. Instead of asking us politely or nicely to step aside, she kind of just shimmied us away and said she needed to take the watch out. She could have just gone to the other side of the dark haired associate, or just asked us nicely to step aside - lack of manners.When they finally got the watch they kind of just left it on the counter. No one was there to try it on with you or share about the product. They just left you on your own. The dark haired associate had her back to us while at the counter and had the audacity to look over her shoulder and sneer while telling us that we were putting on the watch incorrectly.

The staff here is really great and based on my experience, I find their customer service skills to be superior even in comparison to many of luxury brands’ stores. I generally prefer shopping online and the only times I visited the store was to try particular items on, or return/ troubleshooting. Each time, they went above and beyond to make things easier and smoother for me :) thank you!

I’m a big fan of Swarovski. So this is one of my favourite stores to visit, especially in the Eaton centre location and the shops at Don Mills, the staff at these locations are top-tier. I will never go to the location at Yorkdale because they acted as if they were selling millions of dollars worth of diamonds. You are selling crystals, and the price point is reasonable.

I was supported very well by the systems manager at site, Mandy.She is aware of Swarovski policies and utilized it to help with a product exchange. In addition to this, she went beyond her call of duty by co-ordinating with her team members at a different Swarovski store, ensuring my concerns are well handled. Thanks Mandy! :)

I would give them 0 stars. Horrible customer service and the employees here make you feel that your return is coming out of their own pay cheque. Making a return here was just a waste of time, and stressful.

I never would have thought I’d have so many reasons to come to Swarovski, but I’m glad I did because Mandy and Stephanie there are sooo sweet and nice and make every experience I’ve had here so fun that I honestly can’t wait to go back. Well done ladies ?

The service in this location is really bad, I came here today to try to change my birthday present ( a ring) and the woman who was there told me that she couldn't change it because the ring had scratches and I told her to show them to me because that wasn't true then she told me that she couldn't change it because she didn't have my number ??

The service at this location is amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. In particular Mandy is the one who always helps. She is professional and courteous. Never pushy. She makes me feel at ease when trying on products, and gives suggestions all the time. She always informs me with promotions and sales events! I love it! I am very pleased with her. She makes my shopping experience so pleasant and wonderful. Such a lovely lady!

Seriously guys, best customer service ever. I had two interactions with two different representatives at this store and both went above an beyond to help me. And then today I was served by the manager herself. She was super awesome! Keep it up guys.

My family and I went to this Swarovski location to buy Jewelry. My mother, my sister, and myself met Ihtesam (Sam) who was exceptionally pleasant and helpful with the service. He was always there to answer our questions. My family members wear headscarves so he helped find Jewelry that accommodated their lifestyle. In fact, we ended up buying multiple items from him because of his kind personality, patience, and wonderful service. Thank you so much Ihtesam for your help! Hope to see you again!

I love Swarovski, have many of their pieces, including a set I wore recently for a couple weddings…that being said, I’ve probably received the worst customer service at this location. I didn’t find them helpful when making my exchange and very discouraging, and unfriendly (especially the attitude of the person who looks to be a manager, can’t say for sure? Believe the name was Mandy). If this had been the only one I had been to, I’d probably never come back. Definitely suggest going to another location.
