First, I had to interrupt the staff socializing to get help from an associate. Then, I purchased a watch, and while I was waiting for it to be sized, the staff members (including the one sizing my watch) engaged in a bizarre game among themselves, teasing each other and chanting back and forth in a weird, relentless pattern. They seemed to find it all ridiculously amusing. I found it irritating, inappropriate, and blatantly ignorant of the customer experience. Perhaps they think customers are amused by that sort of thing, or they simply don't care. It's great that your staff get along with each other, but there's a time and place for fun and games, and they should have the sense to stop that idiotic conduct when customers are in the store.

Fisayo was terrific! She was very patient and helpful as I picked out a Swatch to remember my trip to Toronto! She showed me several models and was knowledgeable. I highly recommended this location!

Went to the store for the very first time. Staff consisting of 3 employees greeted but continued talking and LOUDLY laughing amongst themselves. Nobody approached us to assist. And one of the guy's laugh was loud enough to wake the buried dead. When we surveyed the entire store and were at the last display section, only then one of the employee asked if we wanted any help. It's honestly really unprofessional attitude of the staff and annoying for the customer. SWATCH management, please take note!!

Came in today to ask about any new products and told me they had a new collection and didn’t tell me anything about it nor did they even show me it. Pretty unwelcoming environment, staff seemed like they hated being there, will not be returning to this location.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Swatch store in Eaton Centre! I recently purchased the Swatch Earthphace and I’m genuinely impressed — both with the watch and the service. The Earthphace caught my eye with its unique, modern design and eco-conscious materials. It feels great to wear something stylish that also reflects sustainability.
From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took their time showing me different models, answering all my questions, and helping me choose the right one without any pressure. Their patience and professionalism really stood out.
The store itself was well-organized, bright, and had a great selection of new and classic Swatch models. I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. If you’re in the market for a high-quality, fashionable, and innovative watch, I highly recommend visiting this Swatch location. Definitely a 5-star experience — I’ll be coming back for sure!

Very frustrating shopping experience at this location. One moonswatch per customer per day but you can buy more if a stranger “accompany” you. Cannot do a return because their machine has a limit on returns’ amount ?

Works experience their customer services and staff at store. No reply after 1000 emails, even staff guides all wrong. Do not shop online, unless you want to loose your money and waste your time.

Terrible Experience, Unbelievable ServiceI recently visited this store in search of a moonshine black watch, hoping to find a unique timepiece to add to my collection. Sadly, this turned out to be the worst customer service encounter of my life.Upon entering, I inquired about the moonshine black watch, only to be told that it was out of stock. Disappointed but willing to explore alternatives, I thanked the salesperson and began browsing the store.However, my frustration reached a peak when, just five minutes later, I witnessed one of their friends entering the store and promptly selling him the very moonshine watch I had asked about. Astonished, I confronted the sales team about this blatant favoritism and was informed that the watch had been reserved for their friend.This excuse left me baffled, as I was under the impression that rare watches like this one couldn't be reserved. The experience left me with no choice but to leave a review, and if possible, I would rate the sales team with less than one star for their unacceptable behavior. This incident reflects poorly on their professionalism and integrity, and I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase at this establishment.

Terrible customer service, condescending and very rude staff who barely bother to make themselves available to help guide and assist. Because of the demand for bioceramic moonwatch they have a superiority complex now, they feel like they’ve managing a rolex store, guess what you’re not anywhere near rolex. 0 star, negative star would be better rating for this store

THEe masters of watchmaking drama! Took my watch in for repairs, and it was like a blockbuster movie - 20 minutes, 3 employees, and a grand finale where I ended up fixing it myself! I highly recommend visiting their other branch for repairs, where the suspense is even better!

Wow, there are a lot of reviews about rude staff. Today, there was a heavy set bearded guy working talking to someone about how he was disrespected and complaining about his job. He then was irritated that we asked about the Omega Swatches. He told us that they didn't have any and didn't want to end his conversation. We left since he was no help. About 30 minutes later, leaving the mall, we noticed the store selling the Omega watches to others. Asking a different employee, he told us that they did have all the different Omega models, so we were able to purchase what we were looking for. As he was ringing us up it did look like the Bearded employee was selling to his friends.Like the watch, didn't like the service.

Super great service—Andres was very helpful. I was looking for a gift, and he helped me find just the right watch. Everyone there has always been really great, even though I paid a few visits before I made up my mind… thanks again!
