I've been banking with TD since 2008. I make 75k a year through my job and still can't get a credit card or loan or line of credit because I work overtime and my income fluctuates more than 20%. What a joke

Extremely disappointed with the service I have received from the Branch. I have applied for a TD Credit Card in August and I was told that the Credit Card application is approved in August. I had provided all the documents on 23rd August and I was supposed to get the Credit Card in 7 days time. I waited for about 2 weeks and I have been continuously following up with the Advisor about the application status. I was asked to share the documents again in September and provided all these again. After following up again and again, I was told by the Advisor on 29th September that the Branch Manager has approved the application and the card was gonna be delivered in 3 business days. 3 weeks passed after that there's still no news about the Credit Card. Absolutely disappointed with the pathetic service I have received for the application. One important thing to note is, I applied for three different credit cards with different Banks after I submitted the application with TD and I have received the Credit Cards within a week and TD hasn't sent me the Credit card even after 2 full months.I have requested the advisor to withdraw my application however I haven't heard back from the advisor either. Totally disappointed. The worst experience ever with a credit Card application and will never recommend TD Products to anyone.

I have been going to this bank for a few months now ever since I opened an account and I have had excellent service from Ivan. He always helps me with anything I need, he is always so friendly and so welcoming. He explains things I don't understand very easily and finishes every service with my complete satisfaction. Thanks to him very much.

I had to stay on hold for a total of 14 hours over 3 days with the fraud department and was then informed by customer complaints that the issue could have been solved in the branch and I was given misleading advice to call fraud which wasted countless hours for me.

Good experience at this location. Arshnoor helped us with all the documents that we needed. Kudos to him. One of his supervisors though needs to learn customer service basics. Also, bringing your team member down in front of customers is so very old fashion. She needs some coaching.

I had an excellent experience at this location. Harshani helped us secure a home equity line of credit. She explained everything in detail ensuring that I understood. She was patient with my numerous requests and questions. Harshani made a tricky and stressful process feel a easy! Thanks !

Suhaanaa Bird , today gave me game -changing service by saving me at least an NSF penalty of $48. She understands ultimate customer service and by putting $11. of her own funds into my account tooffset the unauthorized payment of $16.94 from SportsNet, saved my funds intended for my monthly personal belongings insurance from being pirated away by SN .She deserves a huge thank you and senior management recognition. I thank her from my heart ❤️ and I have never never been treated this way after being a customer for 67 years. I am 83 old and my first job was a water boy on a construction site in Toronto in 1954 . I too learned how to treat people in need . PLEASE PLEASE LOOK AFTER SUHAANAA Thanks, John E. Payne.

Booked an appt to discuss withdrawal of an RESP. Asked specifically what information I needed to bring to the appt and was told a DL and my child’s SIN. After arriving at the appt the following week, I was told by the advisor that there was nothing that could be done and I had essentially wasted my time coming in without a copy of a school acceptance letter and tuition statement. Very frustrating and a waste my time especially after I made a point of asking what documents needed to be brought to the appt. Would not recommend this branch.

I recently visited the TD Eglinton and Bathurst branch to open an account and Stephanie Da Silva provided exceptional assistance. She was incredibly welcoming and helpful, explaining the complex account options in various ways until we found the best one for me. Stephanie also shared valuable knowledge on maintaining the account and offered her support if any issues arise. The entire process was fast, smooth, and comfortable. I highly recommend Stephanie and the TD Eglinton and Bathurst branch for their outstanding service!

This branch is horrible, I do not recommend people of minority banking at this location! staff including management were not able to accommodate me AT ALL, very rude, passive aggressive and obnoxious . Felt very neglected, I’ve never experienced such service nor behaviour at any other TD branch. You should be ashamed especially given that it is black history month. I was able to sort out my needs at a different branch which I must add; I experienced great customer service, efficiency and NO ISSUE WHATSOEVER. Do better it’s 2023.
