Was there just today, overall a pretty busy branch, the lady wearing black outfit and has a nose ring was really helpful, puriv was helping me, which i don’t recommend to other people, if you go to this branch do not see puriv, just avoid her, she took 1 hour to help me just for nothing i left the bank thinking everything was handled, right until i tried to use my debit card, which ended up not working, so definitely do not not not not see puriv. other lady is a lot more helpful and has more knowledge in general.

I asked the teller on Jan18 , 9:10am to pay my CEBA loan. He was helpful, but because the amount is higher than his authorization he needed his supervisor approval. The lady came asking for a replacement to my expired ATM/ Debit card, I didn’t have it at that time. She started interrogating me and advising that transaction cannot be done without debit card. She offered a new one, I declined as I am renovating my house and most probably the new one is misplaced. She asked for my ID, I gave it to her, she asked for a second one, I presented 6 other credit cards, her reply was it’s not accepted and only passport or SIN card which I didn’t have both. I had a scanned passport copy but she didn’t accept it.I open my phone App to show it to her, still didn’t want to proceed with the transaction. I told her to ask security questions , then she recognized that she can identify me, I was asked 3-4 questions and replied.After 10 minutes of interrogation, she accepted the transaction.

This branch has young people that think that they know it all. I have had to go to the branch 3 times for the mistakes they make after explaining how I asked for one of my 4 accounts to be able to show me statements on my access card, when signing in.I now have to ORDER my statement that they failed to show for my accountant AGAIN! UNBELIEVABLE!!!Is there a bank that will listen the first time?I would be happy to drop TD and move forward!

Slowest branch I have been to. Staff is great but need a lot of operational enhancements. Lots of dead space not being utilized inside. Personally I’d double the tellers and re-arrange the layout. Feel free to reach out for more info @TD

No idea where this bad reviews came from..yesterday I’ve been to this location around 6pm and they helped me a lot! Blond guy (don’t know his name unfortunately) explained me everything about my situation, was nice, understandable and kind. One of the best service I ever got. 100 stars to this location!!?✅

The branch lost my credit card, and misinformed me that it was still being shipped when TD credit card department told me it has already been delivered to this branch.I ended up waiting for 3 weeks and having to reissue the credit card.I had to call the branch several times and was repeatedly misinformed.They wouldn't take the responsibility for losing the card and blamed Canada Post.

????????????? I took an much anticipated cheque into my Eastmall branch on Sept 13/23 to deposit. And much to my surprise the manager would not work with me at all on lifting any holds on this cheque. I've been a customer at that branch for years and never had any issues.As a small business owner it is critical to have a bank that will work with you, I truly feel this is very personal and I cant begin to express how disappointed I am since this is causing me and my business a great deal of unnecessary anguish.Definitely won't be forgotten. ????

Went there 3 weeks ago to book an appointment with a financial advisor was told they will contact me in a few days nobody contacted me called back a week later was told again that someone will contact meIt's been 3 weeks nowNot very business minded

Terrible customer service from Indian girl pervia or similar name she didn't provide her proper name..she was late for her appointment and was given attitude,,,never again with this person or this bank!!

Shoutout to TD Branch for leisurely opening their doors and 9.05am and then spending another 5-10min logging in and setting the dates on their stamps while everyone waits, as no one has anything else to do with their time. I guess working hours are just a suggestion.

Came in to do a simple deposit today and ended up doing so much more! Lori at the counter, went over and above today, with her friendly, fast and professional service!On a sidenote, the two instant teller machines that I have had many problems with in the past have been “removed“ and will be replaced with the old style machines that are much more reliable. As of right now, there is some damage to the exterior wall from the removal of the machines , that is currently being repaired.Very clean branch With friendly staff.Also, at 12:00 PM on a Tuesday I did not even have to wait in line

This TD Bank has a very customer service focus. They love checking up on people and the vibe here is very friendly and welcoming. It's clean and well maintained and everyone is very helpful. Their ATMs are one of the newer models and is super easy to use. Additionally, this location is very clean and very accessible via transit.Note: This location serves the old locations of 666 Burnhamthrope and Martin Grove/Burnhamthorpe TD branches.
