I have been with TD for over 25 years. I went to this branch to change the frequency of my mortgage payment from monthly to biweekly. The staff were pleasant, but it took over 3 different staff members to do this.
The staff members assured me that they changed my mortgage frequency, but they did not do the switch properly. I had to go to another TD location to get this clarified and they actually explained to me what the other branch had misinformed me about the switch.
After this, I decided to transfer all my accounts out of TD and have found other banks that have provided me with better rates and services.

I've typically tried to deposit in the mornings when it's less busy, but this has been the only time I've arrived with just a minute before closing and been turned away, even though some staff knows me and that my deposits cannot use the ATM. I was still told to use the ATM. I understand they’re busy, but the number of times I’ve had to leave due to long wait times or poor handling has been frustrating, and I've never complained—until now. This is my breaking point. Unfortunately, I have no other choice but to continue using this branch, but I can't ignore how consistently difficult it has been just to make deposits. Some of the staff are great. But when situations like this arrive I can’t help but feel frustrated.

the staff at this location is incredibly incompetent and they don’t know what they’re doing at their job clearly; the brown old guy that i had to deal with was asking me about a currency exchange when he had a computer in front of of him and he could convert the value himself, he had to go around an ask question…after a few years just sent the old people to retirement instead of working because clearly he couldn’t do his.

Worst TD branch!
I had a very poor experience at this branch. The teller seemed unfamiliar with basic banking procedures, i wanted to deposit a draft, he asked me unnecessary questions and had to wait 20 minutes for the manager to assist me. It was frustrating that he had no knowledge about his work …

One of the worst TD branches! The staff is extremely slow. It takes you forever to get to a teller. There is a fine line between being friendly and being way too chatty, especially when there is a line of people waiting. Please fix this problem.

Service is always bad and slow. Tellers always seem to delay helping more clients by taking forever with the ones in turn. There's also one specific teller who always sits closest to the atm that asks unnecessarily personal questions to others. I've never had a good experience here.

Pésima atención. ‼️❌️Terrible attention. The cashier has no knowledge of the Bank's services. I had to go to another branch to get help. This branch had me 3 months without giving me the correct information. I felt cheated after receiving the information from the cashier. I went to another branch and they solved my concern and they let me know about other benefits and services

Very disappointed with customer care.Both my husband and I have repeatedly reached out to staff at this branch with phone messages and emails. No response. We realize that our meager accounts and the fact that we have banked with this branch for over 25 years mean nothing to this company but the fact that they do not bother returning an email is shameful.

TD bank is the lowest of the low. Too many issues to list here; the latest is I cannot pay my GST through my business account. The level of incompetence, and level of service is so egregious that it must be deliberate. Back in the day I switched banks when they did something really stupid. but now it's difficult with RRSPs, investment accounts, and a business account which I can only change after my contract is finished. But despite the difficulty, it will be worth having much less aggravation, I don't expect the bank I switch to, to be perfect, but they will have such a low bar to clear, that even poor customer service will be an improvement
