I went to the branch to deposit a cheque and CEA Gagan is the person who helped me out. Since I know it’s over his limit, he had to ask the manager to override for him. The lady told me my cheque needs to be hold for 30 business days. That’s ridiculous. I have done multiple times with the same cheque and amount. She said it’s from international. In fact, the cheque also said from CIBC. It should only be holding for 5 business days. They made me have to run to another branch which is across the eaton centre. Thank god I got there before 6pm, the PBA Ben at the Bay st branch helped me out and said hold it for 5 business days. TD better do more training .

Maro Desmond Mayiko assisted me today with opening a bank account and let me tell you it was the best experience a person could ask for. He was so helpful and will go out of his way to help you if he can in any way.I totally recommend this guy if anyone wants to open an account with TD!!!

Normally I do my banking at the td near my house but occasionally I have to come to this branch because it's near my work and I dread it everytime. It is the slowest branch I've ever been to. Even with one person in the queue, I'm still waiting over 10 min. I've tried coming during my break and have had to walk out every time because the line doesn't move. I don't think it's because they need more tellers because I've seen them standing around talking to each other or eating at their computer ignoring the clients.

Although wait could have been shorter (if some employees did not leave for break while there was a long queue of disgruntled clients) my overall experience was very satisfactory. Thank you Mr. Danish Shah for being a such a good problem solver.

Super slow service, always standing around when there are customers waiting for service for THEIR money. ATMs do not function or at all. No safe access to ATMs after hours. Hours reduced from previous location. For all of TD can we get google pay in 2023!? TD US has had it for years and 90 percent of the world uses android.

Probably the slowest bank in the GTA. Even with 3 people in line it's going to take at least 15/20 minutes. No one knows how to do anything by themselves, need a manager to come approve everything. The staff is very rude and will causally have conversations amongst one another when there's a line up of people waiting. Very very slow.

TD Canada Trust Branch and ATMThe branch was available and convenient.The staff was kind and helpful.The place was clean and bright.They do their best to experience a good job ? .ATM Machine works at its best job.I recommend it.

Worst banking experience ever. Inexperienced staff messed up a very simple cheque deposit. After confirming several times with the teller, they assured and reassured me everything was corrected - but wasn’t. Customer service is lukewarm.

Location is very modern, spacious, nice waiting area. Tellers & ATM are available. Went at end of day so I had no wait, but that may be different at other times of day.

If you are looking for a bank that ships your $600 annual fee premium credit card with regular mail to the branch, where the staff has no product knowledge and the branch manager is rude, then go for TD!

This branch is extremely poorly run and due to my experiences thus far I will never be banking with TD. They provided incorrect information despite myself clarifying multiple times (while in person at the branch), which resulted in an extra payment on my card that was withdrawn from my account and unable to be reversed. To which the branch manager said he simply “didn’t know” the process until today. Which is baffling for a branch manager. I wouldn’t trust any information they provide nor will ever work with them again. They require immense training.

Mahad Jamal was enormously professional, wish all banks were like this. Not only we had great chat with him, but he also helped us promptly and offered ways to save money with TD chequing account. Highly recommended
