I am Tehranto Customer for past 10 years, I never had a problem for sending the money to my loved ones in Iran, about a month ago I tried to send some money and there was an issue for processing this order, however the owner of the company reached me and refund my money as they had a problem with their end in Iran and they lost their money, but they kept their word and reimbursed my money back in Canada.
Again they gained my trust and their reputation.
Thanks again, I hope their problem will be solved.

they kept my money from September 16 until October 19. they lied and lied and lied. Another office transferred money in less than 24 hours. I don't trust them at all. was my first and last time i worked with Tehranto Exchange. I'd prefer instead of star leave five red flags. Mahmoud

I am using a pseudonym by the way for privacy matters and I’d give zero stars to Tehranto and its staff, if I could.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this exchange office recently. Initially, the service seemed reliable, with attractive rates and smooth transfers. But recently, money transfer requests began facing unexpected delays of more than a month! And customer support's responses were vague and evasive. I asked for my money back but they kept saying tomorrow and tomorrow and it took more than 5 weeks for me to get my money back with a lot of stress and anger for me and the recipient in Iran. I also found out that many other customers of Tehranto were also struggling to get their funds transferred to the recipient or get them back. I feel like the company is operating like a Ponzi scheme, using new deposits to make earlier transfers. Seems like some shady business is going on at Tehranto and I am afraid some people may never get their money back and therefore, I’ll never use Tehranto to transfer money ever again.
Warning to Future Users:
If you're considering using Tehranto to transfer money to Iran, think twice. It's very risky and you may end up losing your money. The signs point toward a potential Ponzi scheme if you ask me. Protect yourself by choosing a more reputable exchange office in Toronto, and avoid putting your funds at risk here.
