Me and my friend had good experiences with you and overall we are happy with you. I know how hard with these sanctions to send money or receive from Iran. You are good. Hope you stay strong and kind. However, like the other customer mentioned it would be nice to let the person know that you have received their money as soon as you receive or send itI understand that you are extremely busy but at the same time Iranians have seen so many craps in Iran which, makes it hard for them to trust anybody Please don’t take it personally., Iranian people have hard time in Iran and anywhere in the world. Well you know how things areAnd I agree with using a more advanced technology system to send messages to peoplec automatically when they receive the money or when actually you deposit into their accounts.Anyhow I thank you guys. Good job!

I’ve had couple of transactions with you guys and I was very satisfied but I came on Saturday at 4:53 pm and you were closed, even though I called at 4:30 pm. I came from downtown and you just wasted my time. I would never ever work with you again. It’s better to respect ppl’s time.

Customer service: exceptional, friendliness: beyond exceptional, professionalism: exceptional, over all if you have a business with transferring money I would say go to Tehranto, you’ll never receive a better service than what they offer here. A year ago I transfer money, but I didn't know I can put a review here. Worst exchange ever. rude, sassy and so selfish. I transferred $500 and they calculated the max rate price + charged me $50 transfer fee. Just imagine how they charged me to rip my packet off. never recommend

If it was possible to give zero points to this house of thieves, I would definitely do so. I dare to say that my experience today on October 29 was very terrible . This place is house of thieves and fraudsters, not an exchange. They easily stole my money in exchange for two thousand dollars. Do not trust this place of thieves at all and do not do anything with them. Your time and money will only be wasted.
