I am so sick of you people using my personal information to call me and try to sell me your stupid products. I have asked multiple times for you to stop calling me and put me on the do not call list. You disregard the no solicitation rules of Ontario. I advise everyone to choose a different provider because these people will just repeatedly call you.

Thank you Shay for your patience and compassion today, you are too good for Telus!
Felix, I really think it would be helpful for you as someone who has to speak to plenty of people who are frustrated with companies like Telus to go learn some skills and work on your emotional immaturity. It would help you to be effective when communicating and assisting people, especially those who CLEARLY are having a hard time.
Learning some empathy would be also be helpful, and can brighten someone’s day that already would rather not exist.
It is people like you that push people like me(those w/ invisible disabilities) closer and closer the edge of their own life.
So thank you, and good luck with future customers, maybe you will have learned something from this interaction and do better.
Or better yet not work in an industry that you have to talk to people.
The other employee that was there was present and close by the entire interaction and most definitely was aware that Felix refused to help me and that I could go to the other employee.
Well once he was done with the customer he was with, he got out of the store just as quick as Felix took things personally and behaved in a poor and ineffective manner.
So the 1⭐️ is just for Shay, who deserves all the stars I could have given!
TELUS needs to do better for their clients and their staff, it’s the lack of training that makes things so difficult for employees to do things amongst each other and effectively handle clients issues.

Has to be the worst location ever. The employees are horrible. Sarah was so rude horrible customer service. Horrible hospitality, horrible employee. I’d really like for management to reach out to me after my incident with Sarah.

They require you to speak english even with interpreter they do not accept or translater. So if you do not speak english you cannotget a phone number in canada with telus.

Last week I had a TERRIBLE and PAINFULL experince at the TELUS STORE at the Duffering Mall. It was not Aubrey's fault the store doesn't have a proper seat chair or couch for people with disabilities or mobility problems. Aubrey was kind, knowledgeable and very nice. The problem is it took two hours to get a new phone, transfer my data and set it up. All this time I was forced to seat in a stoll with NO BACK SUPPORT! I started feeling a lot of pain in my hips and lower back. There was not a decent chair and had to exit the stor to seat in a dirty bench. No back support again just a bench.
I told Aubery to tell the manager of this TELUS store to get some decent seats or a couch he mentioned his manager has tried but corporate will not approve purchasing this item. REALLY TELUS YOU DONT HAVE THE BUDGET ? After two hours of agony I started feeling weak and ill. The pain was unbearable but I needed my phone!
This store is NOT PROPERLY SET UP for people with DISABILITIES , ITS NOT ACCESSIBLE and IT SUCKS!
I give 5 stars to Aubrey and 0 starst to the store.
HORRIBLE PAINFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

Been to several Telus stores in n the city over the years, but I always come back to this place at the Dufferin Mall. Store may be on the small side, but what they don’t have on space, the staff more than make up for it with customer care and great service. A very special shout out to Gabriella and Aubrey for going beyond with helping me. If it’s a bit out of the way for you, I do urge you to make the effort.

Jason from this store was incredibly helpful in getting my new phone set up. I am with Koodo but the attendant at the kiosk was busy so he helped me out. He was absolutely fantastic, and made the process of switching out my old phone for a new one easy and swift. I totally recommend going in store if you’re switching out phones and this one was great.
