Was told thst they took empties and sold 24s went there with empties to get a 24 and was berated and insulted for thinking they had it. Expressed thst I had a disability and wanted to find a solution but they made fun of me more. Will never come back. That is discrimination.

Graham was amazing! They gave exemplary customer service!! I don’t usually write reviews but when I do, it’s for someone like graham. They made me feel extremely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation and had the utmost respect for every patron. 74/10. When the lcbo reopens, I’ll probably just come to the beer store because of graham.

Headed in to grab a couple beers for a special occasion and one employee, Miqa, was so charismatic and helpful I left with a 24! Would highly recommend shopping here for all your beer needs. Miqa was also very enthusiastic about her beer and had vast knowledge of the history behind Michelob Ultras!

Poor attempt for The Beer Store in Toronto especially considering the location. Larger store, walk in fridge,and a more typical staff would help. As “nice” as the employees may appear they lack professionalism and general respect for the value of the business itself. I’ve had much better experiences all over the city.

It's a Beer Store. It sells beer. No empties return at this location but the selection is good considering it's small size.
