Horrible customer service. I ordered a bed, dresser and nightstand - it took a month and a half before they got the items in. Then come delivery - the driver doesn't show up. I call in and they claim that the order is cancelled. No resolution, no apology. Horrible.

Just worked with Brittany S. from The Bricks customer support to get my Kort & Co. Kassia couch for the sale price I missed out on last month. The process was easy, we also got the extended warrenty which comes with a full money back store credit if not used in 5 years which was great information. The whole process was quickly and easy, Brittany was very very helpful. We will have it on sunday! YAY!

The order by phone was easy followed by a secure payment link. Delivery tracking app was super efficient. I got a call just before arrival. Delivery men were courteous, respectful and removed packing garbage. It was totally efficient.

The delievery guys were very polite and was willing too help us get the tv in the house. and offered us too help set up. Nothing got reuined. And the box was in good condition. Was very appriate of the help. And would purchase again. If I needed too for a tv again. Over all good service.
