The Hamptons is a restaurant and private dining experience focusing on mindful and intimate custom affairs. It is located in a cosy, unique old house with a beautiful and intimate back patio, offering a chill, romantic atmosphere. The service is phenomenal, attentive, and friendly. The food is top notch and exceptional, featuring well-researched, interesting dishes that evolve with the seasons. Favourites include the silkiest, creamiest carrot nduja sheet pasta, outstanding tartar, salmon, Hamachi, and a unique, flavourful heirloom tomato dish. The menu includes oysters, tuna crudo, cauliflower, whole fish, lamb shank, and thoughtful pairing suggestions with consignment wines and craft cocktails. Attention to detail is evident in the decor and plating. Some note the space is very tight, with tables quite close and small chairs. Parking can be terrible. Private dining is available seven days a week, with regular service from Thursday to Sunday.

My boyfriend and I haven't had a dining experience THIS good in awhile. Everything was amazing! Our server Jay knows his stuff, and made our night. The food was delicious, especially the heirloom tomatoes and kohlrabi. Cocktails were top notch and the atmosphere was perfect. We can't wait to bring friends and family here:)

Food and drinks were wonderful. The staff and owner are awesome. Incredibly dog friendly restaurant too.
