terrible service,no one come to help, if u ask some one they also said I will find someone come to help then walk away. Staff looks like have nothing to do just gather chatting. Organizations like a mess, hard to find parts you want. Customers like me help each other, home depot should pay us or give us the discount cuz as the customer we help save your labor cost.

I'm writing this review currently in the parkinglot, I've had good experiences at this location before but not today. I was loading 24x pieces of 2x4, and the two young gentlemen in lumber came over and just stood there having a conversation. No greeting, and no offer to help while standing there feet away to talk to each other. At first I thought they came over to help, but then I assumed they came to watch and make sure I didn't tuck any 2x4x8's in my pants...Afterwards I needed to get 2x pieces of 6x6x12's, the cashier told me she would have someone come open the cage for me to get access to them. One of the same gentleman from lumber came, he opened the gate and proceeded to walk off. These 6x6x12's are heavy, so help would've been greatly appreciated. I proceeded to manage them alone, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth over the poor customer service from the lumber associates.

I don’t know what it is about this Home Depot. I’m only writing this as it’s been multiple occurrences. When you need something up on a rack it takes a minimum of 30 minutes. I can go to the customer service and they send me off to other employees. Running around just hunting down someone to help. Today I asked for a product, he said no problem it will take 5 minutes. It took 20 minutes and the guy comes back and walks past me totally forgetting my request. I go back to customer service, big line, 7 employees, no one helping out. This has happened multiple times. It’s a Tuesday morning, not Sunday night.

The customers service phone line needs improvement. They don't speak clearly sounds choppy. When an employee for example today When I called customer service and directed myself to lumber this guy put me on hold twice then would hang up because he couldn't answer my question. Customer help line has been useless

I absolutely love shopping at Home Depot! As a contractor, I’m there all the time, and I can confidently say the customer service is consistently top-notch. The Pro Desk, in particular, is fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Whether it’s advice on decking materials, fencing, or finding the right tools, they always come through with helpful recommendations. It's clear they really know their stuff and value their professional customers. I couldn't ask for a better partner when it comes to getting my projects done right!

Usually when I go to any home depot I have a hard time finding someone for help because the store is just huge. But today I made a return and was looking for some ivoryish caulking for my kitchen and this young uni-looking girl--sorry looked like a student to me--with golden curly hair in a ponytail (I didn't see a name tag or maybe I missed it) was already standing in aisle nine and was just so obliging and super knowledgeable with what i was looking for. I ended up buying caulking in the color biscuit. I had another question about windows and she directed me to Tony who was just the most loveliest person as well!! Very obliging and patient with the number of questions I had and was happy to help me solve my leaky window problem even when there was queue behind me. I was so happy with my visit I just had write a review! I am not always happy when I visit this store but today must have been my day. Thank you Tony and to the young lady!! :))

I went to the store today in a bad mood, but the cashier Nellie with her friendliness and positive atmosphere brought a smile to my face and she separated the payment in cash and debit when on debit wasn't enough money. So, the store is good and Nellie thanks for the good service
