Home Depot customer support/service has always been terrible and just gets worse with time.1. They don't answer the phone.2. They have an auto attachment which forces you to speak. I don't want my voice saved on their data servers. I want to use my keypad.3. They're website sucks and again forces you to accept cookies which again I don't care to use. Home Depot is all about taking your information and sharing it with others (including the government)!4. In store, good luck finding staff to actually help you (if they have the knowledge to). If you do find one they typically send you to the other side of the store and hope not to see you again.5. They don't have everything (understandably) but they are not well stocked on what they do carry.

The selection is not bad. Inventory is overpriced but the service is utterly horrible! You can never find anyone that works there and when you do, they seem reluctant to help or they have no clue of how to be helpful. The Stockyards is probably the worst. If you live in Downtown Toronto go to Home Hardware at Shaw and Dupont. The service there is amazing the staff is friendly. The selection is somewhat limited but the store would get a 5 star from me. I wouldn't give Home Depot Stockyards 1 star but this app doesn't accept no stars.

Ordered for same day delivery at 10am in store. Received a call less than an hour later saying they couldn't deliver same day and will deliver 'first thing tomorrow morning'. I asked for a refund on delivery and they tried to gaslight me claiming same day and next day delivery fee is the same even though I know there is a price difference as I had made two other orders that week to the same address.Refund of $15 was finally reluctantly offered but I never received it. Delivery did not arrive following morning and I have been unable to reach anyone at the store by phone for over an hour. Put on hold, then it rings for a few minutes, then back on hold, repeat for 20 minutes until the call ends. Live chat will not load on their website either.Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not shop here. I'm literally burning money on labor as I type this because I didn't have my materials when promised (twice over).*Update*Received a reply almost immediately asking to communicate directly through private message. After sending one message they have ghosted me for 5 days. Pretty sure they reply to negative Google reviews to give a false impression that they attempt to help upset customers.

I had ( still having) a deeply frustrating experience with Home Depot. I ordered a dishwasher online on September 25th using my credit card. Despite being informed that the order didn’t go through and assurances from customer service that my card wouldn't be charged, I found an unexpected charge on it. Despite numerous follow-ups, this issue remains unresolved. I then placed a new order, but faced further disappointment as the delivery was scheduled twice, with no show on both occasions. The lack of clear communication between Home Depot and the delivery company left me constantly chasing answers. Currently, I'm still in the dark about the delivery date and dread the thought of navigating this maze again tomorrow. I expected better from such a reputable company.

Store is great, Bill (in the appliance department) is greater! Nicest human, so knowledgeable and kind. Make sure you take care of this man, he is an absolute asset to your store! We will be back to see him and get our appliances from him again.

I shop at this store quite often, sometimes I have my own projects or friends projects and it's usually a good shopping experience. Some of the other building supply stores require that you go outside to buy lumber, whereas this store has all of the materials inside. I like that I can grab the 2x4s or whatever wood/drywall/insulation I need and getting all of the shopping done in 1 step.

One home Depot is pretty much the same as the next. This one was clean and I was able to find an associate very quickly to help me cut the blinds that I was picking up that day. Fast and easy, just what I love when I shop.

To replace the living room air conditioner, I went to the Home Depot, walked by the Gardens Centre to enter the Store.BIG Store, Few staff near the aisles when an inquiry needed...I Checked the Appliances Aisle...Prior to exit, I asked the Customer service counter :"Season over"

I used to shop at this store but won’t coming back again because of Kassandra from Customer Service who messed up my returns. She doesn’t explain the returns properly to the Customer. A good Customer service should have at least good listening, approachable and understanding customer needs for a better customer experience. It totally fell betond our expectation, will never shop again Will consider other home depot locations but definitely not Stockyards location.

Disgusting customer service zero product knowledge. Impossible to get assistance employees run away when asked for help or pass you on to yet another employee that scratches their heads. Moral of the story milwaukee should pull their product from this location as employees actually have no clue about the tools they carry and deter you from buying. Whats worse is they blatantly lie to your face and then get upset when you ask them to check stock. Train your employees or hire people that want to work. Kindness costs nothing.

It’s alright- selection of products available in Canada isn’t as extensive as the selection available in Home Depot stores in the USA. This location has some excellent and very helpful employees

This is review is specifically about their Awesome truck RENTALS. If you have a valid credit car ($500 minimum credit available, DL and Liability Insurance), this is your BEST OPTION In the city for a truck. Weather is it for a few hours, a day or a week. They have the lowest price rentals and EASIEST process. The service is crisp and fast. Polite but quick. Rent a solid SUPERDUTY FORD pick or Any number of Vans for the jobs that require it. I use this service all the time. Budget around $120 a day or $5 an hour (minimums apply). They excel Because they don’t try to HOSE consumers with complex contracts, and all kinds of surprise charges.

Lol went to go sit have coffee like i do every night after work and this loud pa system comes on saying your traspassing and ive been recorded to leave the property while this is going on the employess are inside laughing well i work for the canadian film industry and we USE to buy 1000s of dollars of material and stuff in here all the time wednesday of last week will be the last . I understand that its no doubt ppl steal hense why they have it but it s very annoying that they hire ppl to laugh at what they know of are customers rona will be the choice from here on out

Got a fridge that fits the space.Bill turned out to be more helpful than we thought he would be. He helped us out der the floor model on a different colour.Lots of stuff you’d expect at a Home Depot (biiiig store) and lots of parking.

I usually don’t write reviews but this one I had to because I shop at stockyards Home-depot all the time but this time is exceptionally pleasant experience. Bill from appliances department went out of his way to find my appliances and also matched the price. He is very knowledgeable about his department. He helped me find the best deal, after cashing out he set up the delivery date. Thank you Bill for making my appliances shopping experience wonderful. I definitely recommend Bill for future shopping.
