I’ve only been there a couple of times, but I really like this place. They are friendly and knowledgeable and it is a much better experience than I have had at larger chain pharmacies. I got a compounded prescription filled here and was able to talk to the pharmacist about what my specific needs were. I feel like she really listened and met my needs. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but I will definitely be going back.

Excellent compounding pharmacy. Serina and her staff are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at compounding. I had a difficult cream to make, other pharmacies couldn’t get the formulation right and it kept coming out grainy. The pharmacy lab not only made it perfectly but also delivered it to my door. They also offer a range of natural and locally made skincare products, and offer incredible buccal massages and facials.

Best pharmacy I’ve been to, hands down. Knowledgeable, friendly pharmacists, and next to no wait. Switched after repeated bad service at a large competitor down the street and couldn’t be happier.

Thoughtful professional knowledgeable service . Had a HRT consultation and it’s a must for women’s health . We need more of these services around the city . Will be switching my prescription provider to Pharmacy Lab. A place where they actually care and take the time help you understand your medication.

Serina was passionate, caring and easy to talk with about how I was feeling. She had much hope in helping me feel better. She is incredibility knowledgeable in menopause and hormones. I saw Serina for the wellness check and had a great experience. She took the time to really understand my history and what I was looking to achieve. She gave me very personalized suggestions on how to improve my overall health by analyzing my history.

A modern pharmacy that incorporates holistic healing with allopathic medicine. Serina, the pharmacist and owner, is very patient and thorough in her assessment and recommendations. The front of the pharmacy feels more like a relaxing spa, while the back is where the clinical business is located.

Have been here a couple times and my visits are always lovely. This pharmacy is actually nowhere near convenient for me but what keeps me coming back is the incredible customer service, the response rate is 10/10 (they actually respond and pick up the phone!!! IYKYK) and the atmosphere is so calming and welcoming that it makes you want to stay longer than you need. Will definitely be returning!
