RE: NOT A FIRED EMPLOYEE QUIT Don't go here, The owner John is an irresponsible, unprofessional, Man child who doesn't know jack about owning a business except for whats going in his pockets, clearly from other reviews you can tell he's not very well liked and does not deserve your business. Just go to another UPS that is not owned by Jonathan Archer.

I’m giving jonathan (the bald-headed, lazy, insecure man-child, who you will certainly find to be ugly on the inside, if not out) 1 star for choosing a decent location to lure innocent customers into his crooked franchise. Catch him standing around wasting time, looking through the window, just a few feet away from the piles of boxes that he should have shipped out already. Beware and avoid this UPS franchisee at all costs; if he doesn’t attack you in store with his poor customer service, scroll through these reviews and see that he will insult you here with his poor grammar. I would leave a constructive review if it was deserved.

Do not bring expensive products or apple products here. Package was dropped off but after a week said it wasn’t picked up. Went to the store and the owner was rude, talked over me saying he can provide no proof of my package. When he “looked up” the tracking number he told me that it said out for delivery however, when I looked on my own the package was labeled as picked up by UPS at the exact time he was on the computer “looking up” my package. Then lied to my face and told me it was lost in the mail and he could do nothing.

I had a return for Camper Shoes. It was my first time returning an online purchase which I made the bald man behind the counter aware of, who I eventfully found out is the owner of this UPS store. I didn't have the label printed and he wanted a couple of dollars to print it for me. I gave him a $10 bill and he told me he didn't have change and said he will waive the charge and print it for me. He then told me to leave the package on the front counter and he will label it and complete the return. After I had noticed that the return was not received by Camper I reached out to the UPS store at East Mall and spoke with the same man who completely denied that he had instructed me to leave the package on the counter. It has been over 6 months now and Camper has not received the package and I have lost $230 I paid for the shoes. This place I'm sure is running a scam. UPS should be notified and they should be investigated.

The worst ups store in the word ...I'm not home when they delivery my phone so they are live a notice paper...I call them for monday to ask make sure it's there my package the guy who pick up the phone is very rude and he doesn't wanna help ..he said you can check online and he hang off the phone..why this person working there I don't understand !

Effortlessly efficient, quick, and smooth return process. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made the entire experience stress-free. They allowed me to return a heavy item, even though many stores do not! Thanks guys.

Over the last 3 weeks I've had to ship several boxes to BC and California for a wedding. The young gentleman Abhi was very helpful & quick in getting the boxes ready and labelled for shipping. Smooth easy process. Thanks!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The owner of this store is the rudest most condescending person I have encountered in my life. The absolute worst customer service experience ever. I went in to check up on a package that I had dropped off since the tracking number was not working. This package was worth over 400 dollars so I wanted to ensure that it had been sent. The owner told me to take my package back because if something happens to it, it is not on him. The owner then basically threw my package at me and told me to take it to square one where they have a DHL store. When I requested to know the process of how they send DHL packages, the owner insisted I take the package and basically kicked me out of the store. When I tried to inquire about the process he would not answer my questions and instead was incredibly rude. Not sure how this guy still has a job. Do not go to this locationAs a reply to your reply which is a complete lie. I did not have a faulty label. I was able to take it to the Walmart ups store where they were able to print me a receipt and they actually scanned my package in the system unlike your store.they were very polite. I hope your store gets shut down

Jonathan did not impress me much. I had an Amazon return and he told me to "leave it on the front counter". When I asked him for a receipt he informed me to "take a photo of the package." This man is so lazy it is really beyond words. He has no shame.In response to the owner: My post was constructive and positive. Given the number of grammatical errors and sentence fragments in your response, I have to assume you aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer. Good luck.

I went Into the store for a simple Amazon return drop off . The guy at the desk was extremely rude, and blatantly ignoring me at the desk while he sat in the back on his phone. He seemed bothered that he had to do minimal work to help me return my package. Disguisting level of customer service , disappointing and sad.

Edit: This is the right place, please make sure your employees provide accurate info next time.Rude and they give you false information (UPS does have Hong Kong shipping options unlike what one of the workers who's been doing this "for 4 years" said). You're better off savings dozens of dollars by printing your label online and dropping it off. The Sherway branch is much more helpful as well

Scam alert!Please consider another place to complete your pictures for passport, pr, etc.Or always check the prices on the website before coming in.I went there to complete my pictures and was charged twice(!) more than I should’ve been charged.I paid $49.70 for 2 hard copies and 1 digital photo, which ACTUALLY costs $24.99+HST (the price is copied from the UPS website).I am so sad and disappointed that we have these kind of things happening here in Canada…

I don't often post a review as everyone can have an off day but after reading the other reviews, there is clearly problem with this UPS Store so I had to share my experience. The owner, Jonathan Archer is a enormous disappointment to all. He is rude and based on other reviews, there is a pattern of poor behavior. Jonathan sounds normal on the phone but in person, he makes you feel like you are a bother to him. He is not willing to help or to make a customer feel comfortable about visiting his location.I strongly do not recommend this location. UPS head office should be made aware of the poor representation Jonathan Archer is exhibiting.As a retired employee of UPS, I can state 100%, this Store is not aligned with UPS Standards of providing quality customer service.Go to the Sherway location as they are far more professional and friendly.
