If you’re looking to ship a package, try Purolator or FedEx. This place has no regular business hours. The operators open it at their convenience. Shameful.

This place deserves zero stars. 1 star is too much. I dropped a package here recently, the employee was rude, refused to provide a receipt and just left to the back of the store with my package while I was talking to him.I stood there for a moment by myself and then left, wondering if I'd just been robbed.I called the next day after my package still wasn't scanned, was given a bad explanation and then got hung up on before I could even respond.All this attitude and vitriol because I dropped a prepaid package to your location? What the hell is the problem? If you don't want to handle UPS packages then why have their logo on your storefront???This should be an easy transaction: receive package, scan, provide receipt to customer, done.How dare this store refuse to follow UPS policy and provide receipts to customers? The reviews here are filled with experiences like mine.My package was an expensive product return and I was stressed out for multiple days until it was finally scanned at a UPS warehouse 3 days later.I will never go to this location ever again for any reason, I've dropped packages at other locations in the past without any issue, sadly this is the closest one to where I live, but I will gladly travel farther to avoid the disrespect put forth by the employees of this particular UPS Store.

Bad customer service. Got took id pics yesterday and it turned bad photo. US embassy rejected it. Very rude staff. And feel like he only wanna sit and talk on phone and not doing his job. If you don’t wanna be there then don’t work there. I don’t know if he’s owner or employee but I don’t care. If I were you don’t go there for pictures. Worst experienced ever…

I am very unsure my package is going to get delivered. The person working there doesn't look like he wants to be ther. Zero customer service. Didn't scan my package. I hope my package gets delivered.

Very rude and uninterested staff. The lady at the counter could barely stop scrolling through her instagram feed to answer my questions. Just asked me to throw my stuff on the counter and that she’d take care of it later.Visit: August 8 12:45

The service depends on who you get on the day. The worst employee I’ve encountered was Pam. I asked a question and it was met with immediately attitude. She was rude and unprofessional through the entire interaction.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I’ve had multiple bad interactions with people who work here that I feel it’s necessary.They refuse to scan packages upon drop off, leaving me with no proof that I’ve actually dropped off a package. I’ve asked multiple times and staff appear visibly annoyed by the question. I’d go elsewhere if you’d like proof that you’ve dropped off a package in case it goes missing.

Never open on time. And they will just ask you to leave the package saying they will scan it later.

I called to ask them what time they closed because I had a time sensitive shipment of 3 boxes. They said they closed at 7pm. I said they I would be there just before 7pm. When I arrived at the store at 6:54pm, they had already closed, locked up and left. How frustrating, they knew I was going to arrive just before 7! I had to take another Uber to a different location.

Always helpful with getting a package out or holding a delivery. The store can get busy, and perhaps that's why there are a few negative reviews, but I've always had good service and a positive experience

Refuses to give receipts for a package dropped off. I didn’t want to leave my expensive return on a cluttered table without any record that I had put it there.

VERY poor customer service. I visited this location to ship a package. Upon entry I was told to leave my package on a cluttered table with multiple other packages, in my assumption, from the previous customers that day. I left, but later returned to the store to ask for a receipt or any form of proof that I had dropped off my package at that location as I wanted to ensure my package was accounted for. The staff rudely refused to give me a receipt, as he claimed the store had gone paperless (a questionable decision considering almost everything in the store is derived from paper products.) I asked for an email confirmation instead to which he also refused. The staff constantly dismissed me as I attempted to come to a reasonable solution, he began taking other customers that had come in after me, before me. And as I approached where he was standing to take picture proof that my package was in the store he ran into the back area of the store to avoid me. Worst customer service experience at a UPS location I have ever received.

Guy who works here is a j**** Asked him to tape my package and received nothing but attitude back from him. Why give me attitude when I ask you to do something that is literally a part of your job? Beats me. Anyways the cost to ship is cheaper than Canada Post but the customer service is worse in my experiences.
