I was apprehensive about sending some packages, but Bala made things remarkably easy, and the packages reached their destination ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to go here in the future.

The store was great! The lady there was really helpful and they picked up their phone promptly. Great printing service (you can email them) and smooth drop off. Seems like they changed management according to all the recent reviews!

They charge $3 processing fee and $0.59 per page to B&W document printing. The problem is not the charge but quality. Blank ink dominates more therefore the document was printed darker. Staples offer service with better quality

This store used to be a complete disaster. I went inside for the first time in months, and I asked if they did renovations. Nope, they just have new management. The girl at the counter was incredible helpful and even packed my items!

Honestly, I’m not one for reviews, but this place used to be TERRIBLE. Take the stores current ratings for what they are. HOWEVER, there J’s been a change in management recently and with it, the staff J’s changed, the service has changed, the professionalism has changed. I genuinely used to find a different UPS location even though I lived next door because of how bad it was. I can now say confidently, having been a few times recently that this store has done a full 180. I would actually feel comfortable recommending this store and feel good about giving it a 5 star at current day.

I've been here twice and the service I've gotten has been really great. I would recommend this location at any time for efficient and pleasant service. Will definitely be coming here for my shipping needs moving forward.

The store personnel sent my package to India charging us 800+$ for 10lbs and misinformed us on the duties that would be incurred on the same to be at 5-6% of the item value whereas once the package reached India we were informed that the duties are 93% of the item value.The store personnel withdrew support and advised to contact the local office in India to sort the matter.In my opinion a small package like mine should've been sent as a courier instead of a cargo shipment.And to top it off they want the receiver to collect it from their warehouse and failing to pay 1300+$ and collecting the package under 3 days will result in further penalty from the service provider and not the government.Horrible experiencePlease save your money and opt for a store with good reviews and a more aware and responsible staff.

The management has TRUELY changed here! I went in today very reluctantly to drop off a package, thinking of their previous poor service; instead, the two new sales associates were so kind and efficient and they checked in my parcel so quickly! Happy to know that I can use this UPS store again!

Exceptional service! I needed to retake my permanent resident photo to meet the IRCC criteria and they did it right away! The staff replied to me by email very quickly too. I strongly recommend this store since the new management change.

Avoid them as far as you can! UPS Store 421 is horrible store and never use them again. Super unprofessional, I sent a package from this store, my package was damaged and items inside the package some got stolen and some got damaged. Spent the past 4 months going back and forth solving this problem with them, they ignore my emails, put my phone on hold for hours while hearing them talking at the background, kicking around responsibilities made me call different UPS departments. There was no apologies, they don't care if your package ship from here is lost or damaged. They were so rude and declined my damage claim, gaslight the situation to everything was my fault and they got nothing to do with it, claim that my package was not packed it right, but I packed it right in front of them, and they told me it was all good when I ship it. Company like this always gets their way and customer's right are not protected. They will be getting a letter from my Lawyer for this.

The owner of this store was paid to pick up and ship items I had purchased in Canada. I paid what was quoted for their services and received none of the packages. I later found out they shipped the packages to two different locations. UPS won’t discuss if your name and address aren’t correct on the packages, so I lost thousands of dollars because of their incompetence. Trying to talk to the owner or UPS international is almost impossible.WOULD NOT USE THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. Try FedEx

This store has recently been taken over by new management - the new owner is competent, polite, and friendly and was able to assist me with paperwork for a fairly complicated visa application. This is my go-to UPS now. A big improvement from the previous owners.
