Had a very long wait. There was a long line and only one woman working there as far as I could tell and she was absolutely swamped and very obviously overwhelmed. She was incredibly rude and condescending to me when I got to the front and I'd be a lot less forgiving about her attitude if I didn't see what she had to deal with before me. The lack of staff is a real problem here and I left feeling like an inconvenience for having tried to pick my package up. Last time I give the store my business. Do better.
Update: they are now attempting to cover for themselves by accusing me of something I didn't even do. This is an anonymous profile, so how on earth do you know I was the specific customer you're talking about? I showed up a few hours after I had gotten the notification that the store had my package and left with it the same day. I had been nothing but friendly when I arrived. I'm just saying, staff your store better, I'm not trying to insult anyone. Maybe just one person working might be a bit overwhelming especially when there's a Canada Post strike.

The person at the counter is super nice and friendly.
Very professional, has a great sense of humor (with the UPS currier they seemed to have a really nice relationship,) and is very helpful.
The shop is clean, nice, and offers many services.
I highly recommend this location!

One of the best UPS stores in town, always a warm welcome, polite staff, and very responsible service.

My first time to use this UPS spot and the lady at the counter was very helpful and efficient in doing her job! She helped me fill out the form and answered every question I had. There was a line up but she never made me feel rush. I paid quite a bit for my mail but it was delivered the next day (in the US) without any issues. I will use their services again even if it’s far from my place. At least this UPS store can be trusted!
