I was here yesterday taking PR pictures , I was told on the website it was 17.99$ got there the person charged me 60$.. I was shocked with the price as I new I was getting ripped off! The person was very rude to me! And very unprofessional. I ASKED HIM I NEEDED A DIGITAL COPY OF THE BACK OF THE PHOTO AND HE DIDNT GIVE ME IT. HE SAID HE COULDN'T. the quality was not good of the photos , the website where I was doing the PR didn't even accept the photo as it was bad qualityI don't recommend this UPS TO NOBODY AT ALL! ALL THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE ARE SAYING THE SAME THING ITS OVERPRICED! THESE GUYS ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I paid 20.33$ at another place on Bloor to get the SAME THING DONE!I will be going back to GET MY MONEY BACK! And I have proof that it was bad quality and I have proof of how much I paid at this new place where I got the same stuff done!

I brought a copy of my ID (passport with photo) and walked allthe way over with my package slip and they refused to give me my package. UPS is awful. I paid for delivery to my home and they attempted delivery ONCE in the middle of the workday and then made me come all the way to the shop and refused me and refused to redeliver. AWFUL service.

This place is a rip-off. They charge $2,26 to print one single sheet of paper, which was the prepaid shipping label for their very services. You'll a find printing services 10 times cheaper pretty much everywhere else.

My experience on Monday, 27th, was less than satisfactory. I visited at 2 p.m. to send an envelope from Toronto to West Virginia. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me struggled to input the correct address format into the system. Despite repeated attempts, the information was initially misplaced and then incorrectly entered again. To my dismay, I was informed that each correction would incur in a charge of a dollar. It was disheartening to have to explain the importance of accurate information as a customer needing assistance. The lack of proficiency in the system and a dismissive attitude compounded the frustration. Eventually, after three attempts, the correct details were entered.Despite the initial setback, the package did arrive at its destination a day later, albeit without further issues.What stood out was not just the inconvenience but also the unfriendly tone exhibited during the interaction. It's crucial for service staff to be not only knowledgeable but also courteous and accommodating.Improvement in customer service and system proficiency would greatly enhance future experiences.

The managers are very friendly and always call me by name. They are super prompt! After I place my order online, I wait a few minutes and they email to say it’s done. I jump on my bike, ride four blocks and pick up my order. They do a very nice job at a competitive price.

For about the fifth time, today I used their printing, binding and shipping services for work documents. Lobat and her team are so helpful, professional and communicative with me throughout the process each and every time. I have even moved further away from that location, but still only use them for my important work documents as they make the process so easy. Thank you all!

The UPS's store at Christie and Bloor has been my business of choice for all printing, faxing, photocopying, and mailing matters. The owners are incredibly efficient, helpful, reliable, and kind. I've had nothing but positive experiences in this business for over 5 years!!!

My experience with UPS has been terrible. It took me 45 minutes this morning to change the delivery address. I tried to do it on their website but it wouldn’t link the package and my account. They repeatedly tried to push me back to their website which I stated ten times did not work for me. Eventually someone was able to help but then I was charged to change to delivery address, even though they never left an address of where I could attempt to pick up my package. What a scam.Additionally routinely UPS is responsible for delivering packages to my office and never attempt to deliver and just leave. They do not use the doorbell and just leave even though you are there. Terrible service

The staff here is super kind and helpful!Ahoora helped us with a number of printing inquiries and helped us meet our deadline. We were really grateful. We have also shipped here in the past and the staff made it simple and quick.I now only come to this location.

I moved to Toronto from Alberta a little over a year ago and, as it turns out, it is a NIGHTMARE for me to access my driving records in order to secure insurance. So the day I went into this UPS location, I was tired, stressed out, and anxious about filling out paperwork correctly, and this location was BUSY at the moment. There were at least 4 other customers in the store who were at various stages of getting their shipping needs met by Lobat, the manager, who was working at the counter. She was so calm, friendly, helpful, and flexible throughout the whole experience. TRULY a professional in both her mannerisms, and her ability to multi-task under pressure. She didn’t make me feel rushed, she didn’t make me feel bad if I became confused or made mistakes. She made the whole experience SO pleasant for me! Will absolutely return to this location when I need speedy mail deliveries. Thanks Lobat!

I often have to print things that are beyond my little home printer and every single time, they have it printed perfectly, rapidly and with super sweet service. I went to this UPS location to send a fax. I asked for proof that the fax was received. The lady serving me told me that companies don't give confirmation that faxes go through and insisted that the fax did go through and they received it. She charged me $21 for a 9 page fax. I received an email the following day from the company I was trying to send the fax to and they told me they never got any fax from me. I won't go here again. She refused to give me proof and lied about confirmation.
